Always super good but the manger or shift lead was so rude in the drive through during the evening. With a lot of talking back when trying to peacefully order. Shame on them.

It's a McDonald's, but between aggressively falsifying their order collection times and consistently failing to accommodate any requests (made in the app), it's definitely not one of the good ones. Hell it's not even one of the ok ones.

Ordered at the cashier to go cuz I was paying cash. Arrived on counter. Wasn’t bagged. When I asked for a bag quickly, a team leader working the drive thru told me it would be 80 cents and when I explained it was to go, she replied “it’s been two years.” OK? You don’t need to be rude to me. I will pay for the bag but acknowledge that it was your mistake, not mine and don’t talk down to people…

I am the uber driver and i came here to pick up the uber order and the manager and crew on floor was so rude and saying that it’s not ready you have cancel the order. Ellen as a manager on the floor was so rude. Needs to improve behaviour and communication skills.

I had a disappointing experience due to the rude behavior of the front counter staff. During my visit, the employee I interacted with was dismissive and unprofessional, which made me feel unwelcome. This kind of service is unacceptable and really detracts from the overall experience. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

This is the tenth time I’ve visited to purchase a coffee and attempted to use the rewards program through your app, but the code provided consistently fails to work. Every time I pay, the app displays a code that cannot be redeemed, which feels misleading.

If the rewards program is not functioning properly—or worse, not intended to be used by customers—why promote it at all? I’ve already reported this issue multiple times through the app with no resolution. I live near Langford and have made repeated efforts to give your business a chance, but this ongoing issue has become frustrating.

I’ve decided not to purchase coffee from your store anymore and will be switching to Tim Hortons. Additionally, I’ll be leaving a review to share this experience with others. If a rewards program is offered, customers deserve transparency and functionality, regardless of how large the company is. Please address this seriously and stop misleading your loyal customers.

Mocha has not been available as the machine has broken down everyday since the last 7 weeks. There is a minimum standard of service which is not being met. If this continues, I will notify MCD corporate.

yesterday i went through the millstream mcdonald's drive through with my friend to get water drinks and a mcdouble, sometimes the people talk to fast and or the speaker isn't very loud so you can't hear if they tell you to go to the first or second window because sometimes they don't have someone at the first window. me and my friend pulled up to the first window and there was no one there so we assumed we had to pull up turns out we were wrong but as soon as we got up to the other window my friend had told the lady she didn't pay and why. we were met with the response of "don't skip next time" said rudely by a lady by the name of val on her name tag. again we had only ordered 2 waters 2 pops and a mcdouble. my friend paid and she a minute later she said "don't skip time now we're having trouble finding your stuff", i go to this mcdonald's all the time and have never had anyone be that rude. not our fault there was no one at the first window and we can't hear you because your speakers aren't great. we were not trying to get out of paying we payed immediately at the second window and the lady was acting like we just skipped on purpose

Thursday night, November 14th 2024, my girlfriend and her friend went through the drive through to buy some drinks and a single sandwich. When they went to the first window, no one was there so they proceeded to the second window as one does. Our friend informed them that she didn’t go to the first window because no one was there. A very rude lady named Val happened to be the one working the second window. She said “well don’t skip next time. We can’t find your things cuz you skipped.”, when all that was needed was a just drive back around and pay at the first counter. She then proceeded to let them pay at the second window after being rude about it. I get this is a fast food place but if you see no one in the first window, you pull up to the second. I hope Val gets some disciplinary action, as it was completely uncalled for.
