Good service, friendly staff and clean
Review 2# horrible service just took 12 min to get a hot chocolat thats just milk as they never check there machines just for them to make a second hot milk after asking all staff then laughing when I asked for a refund. #1 Just witnessed staff and a manager talking bad about how an employee works and bullying him in tagalog he only speaks English so he didnt understand. Sorry to tell ya but I translated it all to him...

We have been to this location many times and had good experiences. Tonight we were met with Ellen ( either a worker or manager) she was extremely unhelpful. We tried to get the daily special and she forced us to go through the drive through again to try to get the deal we wanted and that pushed us past the limit of the special. She was very rude and unpleasant. This is the worst customer service I have received in a very long time

Hi McDonalds, I know you don’t care, but I just wanted to let you know that I had to wait 19 minutes to pick up an order, on a Friday morning... I’m an UberEats delivery driver, so waiting 19 minutes is a long time. At most McDonalds I only have to wait 5-10 minutes. You need more staff. Also, nobody said “Sorry for the wait… we are working on your order.”

Always super good but the manger or shift lead was so rude in the drive through during the evening. With a lot of talking back when trying to peacefully order. Shame on them.

It's a McDonald's, but between aggressively falsifying their order collection times and consistently failing to accommodate any requests (made in the app), it's definitely not one of the good ones. Hell it's not even one of the ok ones.

Ordered at the cashier to go cuz I was paying cash. Arrived on counter. Wasn’t bagged. When I asked for a bag quickly, a team leader working the drive thru told me it would be 80 cents and when I explained it was to go, she replied “it’s been two years.” OK? You don’t need to be rude to me. I will pay for the bag but acknowledge that it was your mistake, not mine and don’t talk down to people…
I am the uber driver and i came here to pick up the uber order and the manager and crew on floor was so rude and saying that it’s not ready you have cancel the order. Ellen as a manager on the floor was so rude. Needs to improve behaviour and communication skills.

I had a disappointing experience due to the rude behavior of the front counter staff. During my visit, the employee I interacted with was dismissive and unprofessional, which made me feel unwelcome. This kind of service is unacceptable and really detracts from the overall experience. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

Disappointing fries here every time ! Never get a full large fries, always very small portion of large order. Cold burgers.
This is the tenth time I’ve visited to purchase a coffee and attempted to use the rewards program through your app, but the code provided consistently fails to work. Every time I pay, the app displays a code that cannot be redeemed, which feels misleading.
If the rewards program is not functioning properly—or worse, not intended to be used by customers—why promote it at all? I’ve already reported this issue multiple times through the app with no resolution. I live near Langford and have made repeated efforts to give your business a chance, but this ongoing issue has become frustrating.
I’ve decided not to purchase coffee from your store anymore and will be switching to Tim Hortons. Additionally, I’ll be leaving a review to share this experience with others. If a rewards program is offered, customers deserve transparency and functionality, regardless of how large the company is. Please address this seriously and stop misleading your loyal customers.

Mocha has not been available as the machine has broken down everyday since the last 7 weeks. There is a minimum standard of service which is not being met. If this continues, I will notify MCD corporate.
