I have been here a bunch of times over the last year as I work nearby, and consistently every single time I have been served by Carol an Hiroko, and they have been so kind and sweet every single time without fail, I actually get excited to see them at this point because their kindness is like contagious. I’ve never received a wrong or bad order and it’s always been clean and fast :)

I have been to this location a few times and each time the customer service has been terrible. The staff have been rude and choose to speak in languages other than English in front of employees who are trying to place an order.
This place is not a great place to bring anyone. The machines are always broken ie the hot chocolate machine and ice cream machine. The fries are alys cold.

McDonald's will no longer do coffee refills. What a waste of garbage and truly unnecessary.
