Me and my two friends went to this McDonald’s today on December 31st and we were eating and chatting and then this old couple sitting in the booth next to us gave us attitude and told us to shut up when we weren’t even being loud just enjoying our food at catching up on things and then they told the security gaurd working and then he came and got mad at us for just eating inside and talking to eachother. Mind you it’s new years we were not being loud but just talking about all the things we need to catch up on. This experience has made us not feel welcome and I mean it’s the pandora Mc Donald’s like if you wanted a quiet meal go to some restaurant

I did mobile order today for mcveggie , i was on my break and when i went back to my work and saw my order , they put beef patty into mcveggie burger , hows this even possible , they are two seprate things . Very bad service .

They were so busy with the Owner in the store that service was left by the way side. It took 25 mins for my order and it was still wrong. I don't have time to call and complain so my child has to eat the incorrect item.

The person who packed my order forgot to put meat in my burger and didnt give me my chicken nuggets , I went home and realized and went back, since they didnt give me a receipt the person who packed and made my order claimed I was a liar looking for free food and the manager said they had to watch the camera roll back I said that is fine, then the person who made my food came out and told me I was a lair, after they watched the cameras they realized they were intact.in the wrong and all they did was reluctantly paid me for the burger with missing meat and the chicken nuggets WORST MCDONALDS IN VICTORIA If I was a meaner person I would have contacted headquarters and let them know how unprofessional there staff is and open a investigation but I didnt they are lucky , what a pathetic human thinking I would scam mcdonalds , in the end it was me who was indeed treated poorly and scammed

I waited over 20 minutes for my order at this McDonald’s and never received it. The woman who seemed to be the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional — she was walking around slowly, talking disrespectfully, and didn’t seem to care that customers were waiting. This is supposed to be fast food, not “wait 20 minutes and leave without your meal.” Very disappointing experience.
No idea how this McDonald's survives but I ironically had a good time visiting here, haha. Can tell it was renovated, big improvement.
Its in a very sketchy area by Pandora Avenue; however, this McDonald's is very clean on the inside and very quiet. Washrooms locked for safety.
One customer I saw reading a book, that's how quiet it can get. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Only thing holding this McDonald's back is literally the bad neighborhood area it's in.

Not good for kids despite the playplace. I knew it was a sketchy neighborhood, I figured there would be a code for the bathroom, but turns out there was no bathroom at all. The play place was locked, the staff opened it, but when I went to get our food I got locked out. Food took forever, then my 3 year old had to go to the bathroom so we had to leave before eating. Staff were nice and doing their best with a tricky situation.
