I’ve been going this store for so many years and this time I experience horribly. Why? Drive thru never change my ice cream that accidentally drop in the floor and never say anything just staring. Plus I asked them how to avail the $1 con vanilla ice cream they just ask do you have the app? And I asked for so many times if I download the apps can I get that? They just asking the code continuously never wanted to help so apparently we said the code which the lady from cashier got the code and said yes that’s the code. And i asked the 2 Filipinos in the second door why I paid more than I expected? like they said did you give the code what the heck code they’re asking and said not the reward code.. what the heck this none sense people. No wonder you’re not busy always when I come worse ever never again. I miss the old employees there.

This one is new location but service is really discusting we visit in night time first day we order fries which one really bad in taste next day we order tea which one is also cooled even we order hot beverage 🍵 it seem like put tea bag in cool water.

We came with 2 families to celebrate (last minute) a 7th birthday. As soon as the crew found out it was her birthday they came out with a muffin, candle, and special treats for all the kids! The kids got to make their own cones as well! They made this little girl’s day!!! They truly made the day so special!

I ordered 3 plain pattys for my dog, because sell dog food at best. After I waited 5 mins they brought the bag to my car, when I went to put the bag on the passenger floor, grease poured out onto my seat! The bag had pool of grease in it, absolutely disgusting. Picture with 1 cup less grease, that is now installed on my seat. Do better.

Stood at till waiting over 10 mins to be served not greeted nothing gave the excuse of oh we thought you were waiting on food BS... then gave me a burnt coffee to boot... worst service ever... now another guy been waiting 30 mins to have table service... complete joke... food wasn't good... service terrible...
