They have two drive-through open, but only answer one. I sat at the second ordering drive-through, watching car after car gets serviced at the other one while I sat there waiting. Ended up driving through without taking my order and going to another Establishment.

If I could give 0 starts, I would. This specific restaurant has messed up my order 3 times in a row now. The third time, I ordered 2 QP BLTs, one with 2 Paddy's.Upon receipt of the order, I proceeded home.Once I had discovered that the BLT I ordered with 2 Paddy's was not a BLT at all, with no lettuce, no tomato, and no bacon. only pickles and onions. so this time I called the store. They promptly reacted and promised me a free meal. 5 minutes later, I get a call back from the manager with her saying that after 'checking the cameras', they affirm that they did NOT mess up my order. It's a $5 burger so not the end of the world , but needless to say I will be going out of my way to avoid this specific McDonald's at any and all costs. Absolutely terrible.

Food is great! Finally tried the McRib (have been missing out everytime it comes back)! Store looks bright and clean today (compared to previous visits--different time of day) Fast and friendly service without compromising quality. Service was exceptional! Special thanks to Dae (granted daughter's wish for a yellow balloon--even if she had to take their decoration apart). A simple gesture that truly made our daughter's day.

The most horrible, rude and Non-sense staff ever ! Communication skills - 0/10. They don't know how to speak English and don't understand English as well - pathetic listening skills. Won't even make an effort to listen and understand what I was telling him - He was the Manager apparently ??McDonald's Canada - Pls do better, hire competent staff and provide them at least some basic training please ? Never going back to that horrible location again !
