When I first read the menu, all I could think was, I could probably make this myself...but there was something so good about the simplicity of the breakfast sandwiches that it just hit the spot perfectly. It was the right amount of cheese to meat to egg to sauce ratio. The spicy mayo combined with the bun also really just made it delicious. I devoured it on my drive to work and was left wishing I had a second. The owner/operator was also super friendly/nice! Thank you for the delicious sandwich.

I used to frequent the Melt Truck for lunch when I lived in Victoria. I moved away several years ago and I still think about their melts on a weekly basis. Nothing I've tried or attempted to replicate has ever come close. I miss you, Melt Truck. I crave your eggy goodness.
