I had a tomato ramen. It was good.
I wish machine show correct price information.
When I clicked to add extra vegetable which shows no price.
I assumed it is for free.
I saw Extra vegetable fee charged at the final checkout screen.
I was stuck to cancel the order.
It doesn't allow me to cancel it.
It was So confusing.

It’s a convenient place especially when you’re shopping.
It was quiet when we came in. Ordered the meal for two - Tonkutsu, which came with its own sides, either takoyaki or gyosa.
You can self order through the screen.
As for the food itself, the food took a bit longer but it was made fresh.
The portions were big and the soup tasted amazing.
Must try

It is pretty much as self-serve as you can get. Walking in you will see two big tablets which you use to put in your order and then pay for it. As you are checking out up pops a window asking if you would like to leave a tip. For what? Up to that moment you have zero human interaction but it still asks for a tip. Some kind of joke?
I was the only customer in the restaurant so it was pretty quiet. Looking around everything appeared to be be tidy and clean.
About 10 minutes after placing the order someone appears from behind the counter, places the ramen bowl on a tray in front of me without saying a word, and then disappears. Missing were paper napkins and I had to scan the room before I spotted them in one small self serve corner. And they asked for a tip?
The serving size was very large and it was impossible for me to finish. The food was reasonably tasty but if you hope to get ramen as served in Japan you will be bitterly disappointed.
If you are the type of person who prefers minimal interactions with others this might be a good place for you to eat.

I had a lovely experience eating here. Very convenient - right off the food court. I have enjoyed eating at this restaurant when I was in Victoria.
I ordered the vegan tomato ramen. It had a deep and rich tomato broth, and a good portion of tofu as a protein. Sometimes I find vegan ramens unsatisfying when they skimp out on protein, but I cannot say the same here. You will leave full and satisfied!

The foodcourt was mostly full and there's still seats here. Some ramen are on promotion price of 12-13. This price is the cheapest in the whole food court.
Everything is self-service, ordering from tablet, picking up food and returning the bowls. So no tips needed.
Staff only works in kitchen and rarely comes out (to refill chopsticks & clean tables), to be fair there's just 2 staff working during the weekend lunch rush.
The ramen isn't super authentic or super tasty, but this is what you get for 13cad.

I ordered the tantan ramen , it says 1 spicy. But it wasn't that spicy at all , it barely had a kick with each bite. It was still good. The broth is bursting with flavours , the noodles were cooked to perfection not too soft. Not too hard. The beef that came with it was good. Had two large slices. The Pork Gyoza was good however, it was just a tad bit too crispy. Overall a good place for some quick ramen. In the mall.

No idea how this place is rated so low. It’s nothing fancy but the food is excellent. We come over to the mall regularly just to eat here. It’s better than most of the expensive places in downtown Vancouver.
