No more need to go to Vancouver for good ramen places as this has great tasting ramen! Ordered the Tonkotsu and it didn’t disappoint. Flavorful broth and good noodles and toppings. Will come back for sure. (Apologies for the photo as I only remembered to take a shot after having one slurp already).

Tasty but the service could be better. It was 20+ min wait for one dish. Quality of broth and noodles is really good.

The wait was so long ( half hour) even though there were only 2 or 3 people before us. The food was on the bland side, the soup base seemed to contain only water, no flavour whatsoever. There was no service, food was set on the counter for you to bring to your table. No hi or thank you from staff.

Don't let the old grumpy guy scare you away! It is the best quality meal you will find in the mall
It is good to have a nice ramen option in this mall.
The miso noodle soup is very tasty for a fast food stop. The shop is located next to food court zoo. It has its own sitting which makes the dining experience much more enjoyable.

spent too much for mediocre ramen and service. we asked for extra egg and extra meat but clearly didnt show in our meal. we asked if our order was correct or maybe some mistake but the guy who seemed the be the manager responded madly and claimed he was right. it wasnt worth the hassle and even told us we made a mistake. it was just that one guy who was mean even if we asked politely. save ur money guys and dont come here ever.

This is a mixed review, let’s starts with the positive: flavor is acceptable (tonkotsu broth), the place is will lit and looked tidy. Kiosk staff is friendly, the blackshirt(manager?) not so much. The “daily special ramen” which I assumed was some sort of generic sauce to water mix, was extremely salty. Me and my friend both took two bites and agreed it wasn’t paranoia. When we placed the unfinished bowl to the return shelf the kiosk staff asked how was it, I replied a tad salty, very salty. Then the manager overheard that and told me it was impossible because they didnt add soy sauce, and asked whether WE were the ones that added it ourselves. I said no, we never add sauce prior to tasting it as is, and I never claimed they added specifically soy sauce. Whatever they had in the broth was extremely salty. Manager doesn’t even apologize, I shook my head and said it’s alright, never mind and left.
So Mr black shirt whoever you are, you’re giving the staff a bad reputation, because frankly the other staffs are sympathetic and nice.

Across the board, avoid this Restaurant if in the area. The food quality is low. From trying a selection of the ramen, extremely bland noodles and broth, and some genuinely confusing menu choices that do not work. (For example, Tomato Soup Ramen.)
There was no service to speak of. No Employee so much as spoke to my group aside from calling out the number of our order. When grabbing utensils at the table, all the chopsticks and spoons at ours were greasy to the touch. There were no napkins in the entire restaurant, to the point where we were not provided any when we asked.
Finally the price, which is a good 5-10 dollars per person higher than most ramen places in BC. Our party of 4 paid about $30 per person.
This restaurant is located right next to the Mall food court. My recommendation? Save your money, save your stomach, save your dinner, save your personal enjoyment, and go to the food court instead. 1/5, for the bare minimum of the Restaurant itself looking nice.

If u want to be angry, please come here. They don’t give any services. Just give u a tough face. If u are trying to ask something, sorry, they will let u feel u are stupid. If u want to go to the washroom, sorry please go to the food court washroom. Our washroom is not for customers. PLEASE DON’T TALK TO THE STAFFS. IF YOU HAVE TO EAT THERE.

Visit this place on Sunday afternoon and it was yummy, eggs were cooked to perfection. I would have liked the noodles cooked a little more but still very good. I got the gyoza and topping deal for $3.50 extra. Fast and friendly service. There was a line up when we arrived and a line up when we left.
Will be back for sure!!

The food is not at all worth the price, the ramen is mediocre and the rice bowl has old rice, however, I disagree with the other reviews in terms of service, purely because it’s essentially part of the mall food court and you can’t expect five star service

This place isn't as bad as the rating shows. It's because of one or more employees that ruined the whole thing. I didn't have a bad employee during my one visit. Yes the environment is a little bit cold because there's no cashier and you pay with the self-serve machine, but otherwise it's just a normal ramen place. The broth is pretty light, but it's an ok portion for the price.
