Food was unimpressive. Staff were friendly and engaged. Restaurant was clean.

Love this place and eat here often (it is a mall food court place, but decent for that). However, as a vegetarian it's quite frustrating sometimes because they never keep enough veg ramen in stock. It's always sold out very early in the day.

Menbow, please keep more veggie options available-- they're clearly selling!! As I write this, 4 of the 5 veg options are sold out and it's just after 12pm.

Wow, the broth had no flavour. Not sure how they did it. For $20 I am not impressed

I love ramen!! I try to eat it whenever I can. Every time I ate at Menbow in Hillside mall, the ramen tasted rancid. Unfortunately I will never eat there again:(

This was was the worst bowl of ramen I've ever had. The broth was unremarkably flavoured and warm at best, and the noodles and cut of pork were simply cold. The krarrage was cold and had clearly been sitting out. I ordered dine in and the karrage was served in a disposable plastic tray, without any garnish or condiment. I won't be coming back.

Very often the toppings (egg, sliced pork, bamboo, greens) are ice cold (straight out of refrigerator). You can warm them up by pushing them into the broth, but this chills everything. I prefer my ramen hot!

Tastes of sadness and disappointment. No human interaction or service. Table ok. I would be happy if it cost $10 for the 2 of us but it cost $40 for the 2 of us, and I 100% would have rather had a pack of Indomie at home. It’s not right to spend that much on lunch and have it be so bad.

Ordered on Uber Eats. I can’t believe a Tonkotsu ramen has no pork in it. I have to draw something on it to cheat my eyes… Uber Eats got it full refunded, I will never order anything else from this restaurant.

Very tasty. And they have their own small seating area.

I often get delivery from them and I love how they package their ramen! The noodles are in their own compartment so no worries about it getting soggy before you can enjoy it. Always top notch ramen!

A bit on the pricier side for the portions, but the ramen and other dishes are solid and delicious. The food comes out pretty fast and the in-store seating area is cozy and private for small groups if you don't wanna eat in the mall dining area

The soup had way too much sesame in it, basically broth, noodles, 1 piece of bok choy, half an egg and one small piece of pork for $19. I couldn’t eat it… it definitely tastes like mall soup.

If you feel like ramen I’d recommend going to another restaurant such as Arashi or Bao.
