Had to go up to the bar to pay after waiting with empty plates for 20mins The food also didn't come with all the ingredients listed. They REALLY need to vacuum/clean the upholstery on the booths. Filthy and stained. Do better.

Where to start... Other than the free coffee and tea it was lack luster. It was almost too quiet which made for an uneasy feeling. Our server barely checked on us and when the food came out my friends plate was missing ingredients that were clearly listed on the menu. Their only saving grace was the busboy who started work at the end of our meal. He was attentive and did his job plus more. Also they need to steam clean the booths that was pretty gross.

I’m trying to figure out how this restaurant could be improved. The decor feels like it’s lacking soul. It is in basement of a hotel so not much can be done about the view, or lack thereof.
I thought that the service was great as we were helped by a few people who came around to see how we were doing. Food was fine, albeit for a hair, and they comp’ed our drink.

Stopped by the bar about 30min before closing to grab a quick take out of BLT salad and soft pretzel bites. Since I was one of two customers in the bar service was pretty darn quick.
Once we got what we ordered we left and ate along the way home. The BLT was mostly iceberg lettuce, not a fan and a small bit of bacon stuffed into a corner, a bit disappointed. The pretzel bites were fine except the sauce was not for me, I'm sure it would be acceptable for 90% of people, but for me it tasted a bit off.
Aside from the food the service was fantastic. Freindly and helpful. Think I will swing by next time I'm in town when I can spend some time to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy a proper meal.

The staff were great, but there's something wrong here. The beer tasted foul, like the lines have something rotting inside them. The table next to us sent their drinks back too. The food was OK, but it all had a strange taste. The worst part is the restaurant smells really bad. Maybe this is all a recent issue they haven't had time to fix, but the fact they opened the doors to the Public anyways deserves this review. Top 2 worst dining experiences I've ever had because of the smell.

Waitress was amazing , lovely girl. Food was horrid , fish & chips, chips cold And SOO greasy, fish sooo thin over cooked over battered, again a plate of grease. For the 28$ , Gross! Another patron also complaining about his food burger and uncooked mac & cheese. Disappointing to say the least!!
Came in last night for a date with my girlfriend. The food was fine but our server Dahlia was incredibly rude and cold to us our entire experience. She took almost 15 minutes to come by and take our order and seemed very uninterested in giving us any sort of actual service. Our drinks took a very long time to come out after already having to wait for our order to be taken. We ordered drinks, an appetizer, each an entree and dessert and ended up with a pretty hefty bill. Our server did not seem to care one bit. I even caught her rolling her eyes after checking the receipt of my payment. Overall this experience left a very poor taste in my mouth. I was not a guest of the hotel but I don’t see myself coming again.

Really good restaurant here for dinning in, drink, and socializing.Big TVs every corner to watch sports games.Nice staff, friendly and quick to take your order.If you are a breakfast lover, like myself, then make sure to stop by here for breakfast. My breakfast was excellent t.For dinner I ordered burger and salad which was really good as well.I will go there again when I am in the area.

Came here for Mother’s Day dinner with my family and we honestly was surprised on how dead it was and also how horrible the menu is as well. Honestly really no good options here the prices are out of this world steak salad was 30$ and it was tiny and the salad was not even what was on the menu. The steak was done on a flat grill and you can taste the dirty oil from it no dressing could cover that awful taste. I had the ribs and the ribs were dry and very salty to the point that it burns your mouth. My brother tried them and spat it right out he ever could not take the salt. Sorry but the food was horrible not worth coming here for. Place is always dead the server was nice but that was it. This place has changed and has gone down hill. They even charges us 20$ for a kids spaghetti with no sauce nothing else. I was looking on the menu for a chicken Cesar salad and that was 28$ like really. You want the truth here it is. I will not come back or even recommend this place nor even eat here. I’m crossing this place off my list.
