If you love your server (and you will), do them a solid—bring cash. Why? Because apparently, tips go on a magical journey through time and space before reaching the staff.
Sometimes they arrive. Sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they show up with all the transparency of a foggy mirror.
So if you want your server to actually see your tip this century, skip the machine and hand it over like it’s the 90s. Your server—and their rent—will thank you.

Went here for breakfast, 2 of the 3 staff could care less if you were there. Had to go up to the bar to pay after waiting with empty plates for 20mins The food also didn't come with all the ingredients listed. They REALLY need to vacuum/clean the upholstery on the booths. Filthy and stained. Do better.

Where to start... Other than the free coffee and tea it was lack luster. It was almost too quiet which made for an uneasy feeling. Our server barely checked on us and when the food came out my friends plate was missing ingredients that were clearly listed on the menu. Their only saving grace was the busboy who started work at the end of our meal. He was attentive and did his job plus more. Also they need to steam clean the booths that was pretty gross.

I’m trying to figure out how this restaurant could be improved. The decor feels like it’s lacking soul. It is in basement of a hotel so not much can be done about the view, or lack thereof.
I thought that the service was great as we were helped by a few people who came around to see how we were doing. Food was fine, albeit for a hair, and they comp’ed our drink.

Good restaurant at the hotel. Helpful staff. Great breakfast for about $22. I only miss the breakfast buffet and pool table.
Stopped by the bar about 30min before closing to grab a quick take out of BLT salad and soft pretzel bites. Since I was one of two customers in the bar service was pretty darn quick.
Once we got what we ordered we left and ate along the way home. The BLT was mostly iceberg lettuce, not a fan and a small bit of bacon stuffed into a corner, a bit disappointed. The pretzel bites were fine except the sauce was not for me, I'm sure it would be acceptable for 90% of people, but for me it tasted a bit off.
Aside from the food the service was fantastic. Freindly and helpful. Think I will swing by next time I'm in town when I can spend some time to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy a proper meal.

The staff were great, but there's something wrong here. The beer tasted foul, like the lines have something rotting inside them. The table next to us sent their drinks back too. The food was OK, but it all had a strange taste. The worst part is the restaurant smells really bad. Maybe this is all a recent issue they haven't had time to fix, but the fact they opened the doors to the Public anyways deserves this review. Top 2 worst dining experiences I've ever had because of the smell.
