The absolute worst McDonald's on the island. You're better off going somewhere else that's further away and having a lukewarm meal than anything they serve at Sidney's McDonald's. You have to ask for your meal to be fresh. Do not go there you will be disappointed especially if you're having a particular craving. It's just gross

Shitake mushroom bowl disappointing, sauce too spicy, mushrooms were meat like and tasteless and I love mushrooms! cucumber had skins left on, pineapple was tough. Service was pretty good, polite, attentive. Atmosphere was nice, bright on the patio area.

Lunch with family and food was exceptional. Very friendly wait staff. I highly recommend the tacos, burger and salads which our table loved. And desert that was also excellent, It's a very nice meal experience , both lunch and dinner.

Service decent. Room very dark. Food lukewarm, gloppy and unappetizing. Blackened chicken pasta nothing resembling chicken in this. Also extremely off-putting on the garlic levels. I still stink the day after and I only ate 1/3 of the meal. Won't be rushing to return.

As always. Great food and service! Although the wham bam shrimp seems to get smaller portions every time I order it.
I recently visited this restaurant for my birthday dinner with a large group, and the staff truly exceeded my expectations. One of the managers, Mohan, went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience—he was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful to everyone in our group. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning the next time I’m dining in the Millstream area.

Brunch on Saturday at the Millstream Milestones was delicious, the fruit bowl that they gave me instead of potatoes was so fresh and delicious! Their coffee is just so so delicious too, I asked where they get their coffee from and it’s from the Cafe Fantastico roasters, I’ll be going there for some! Our server was Adam and he was such a great server, he made our brunch experience so nice, Thankyou Adam, keep up your fantastic service!

I frequent this Milestones often because I like the food, servers and atmosphere. Fawn was our server and super friendly, prompt and always checking on us.
I would have given 5 stars for service but for some reason tonight the meal took a very long time to come and I only ordered one meal to share with my Mother. I also noticed another table that arrived after us not only had their meal before us but were finished before ours even came. I would say it’s definitely a kitchen issue and not the server because she was fantastic.
We will be back for sure but hope the kitchen can figure out the time mgmt.
