We had a little bump at the start of the night when we didn't know where to put our jackets and the hostess kind of ignored us after saying there was a closet (but didn't show us or anything) but after that our service was perfect. Our server (I wish remembered his name!) was AMAZING. Greeted our table in a timely manner, checked in at good intervals and over did a great job. Food was good, loved the look and feel and the fact it wasn't too loud even though it was a full restaurant

The dining location was excellent, with a table offering an evening view of Victoria's Inner Harbour, the Legislative Building, and the Empress Hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming. On Tuesdays, all bottles of wine are half price. The meals were served at a measured pace, although they could have been a bit warmer. Nevertheless, the food was delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely return.

Our family got together with some friends that visited Victoria for the day. They came up from Seattle with the Clipper, and arrived in time for lunch. Milestones is a short walk from the ferry and has great views of the inner harbour. The staff was very accommodating for our large group (8). The service was good, the food and drinks were enjoyed by our whole group. Thanks for looking after us and helping to make our get together even better! If you're visiting in summer there's also nice outdoor seating excellent for people watching. Please note that it does get quite busy in summer with tourists and locals alike because of the amazing location.

We are from Washington State and travel to Victoria a few times a year on the Coho Ferry. We stay on the inner harbor which makes access to Milestones easy. We have been there many times, in fact recently we went twice in one day. The Happy Hour is the best in town, both for the food and value and for the outstanding people that work there. We are always greeted with a smile and seated where we want with a great view of the harbor and parliament building. We always peruse all the local restaurants menus and reviews and seem to land on Milestones every time as our go-to place. Thank you to all the staff.

Caught happy hour for drinks and appies; main courses of pork chop and salmon were very well presented and tasteful. Veggies were plentiful. Service was smooth and non intrusive. Nice view of legislature buildings and inner harbour. Good choice of place for dinner.

We appreciated both great food and exceptional service! My ribs were barbecued to perfection and then were complemented with a tasty whiskey sauce. The grilled chicken was also excellent! McKenna and Dave provided very friendly and light-hearted service, which we both thoroughly enjoyed!

The place gets busy during dinner time, 6-8pm, thus explains the noise which is way more than I'm used to with sit-down restaurants. We had a reservation and I would recommend having one. The food and service was great, we just had to wait a bit more for our food.

James was an amazing waiter. Super funny, friendly and just overall great. Only reason for my lower food rating was that I always get the cookie dessert and it has always been warm and delicious, but last night it was really cold and hard. Please always heat them up, not at all the same cookie when served cold. Otherwise, love your location and everything about it.
