We visited twice on Oct 10 and Oct 12 for supper. First visit was Great. Server was wonderful and food was excellent. The second visit the service was disappointing. Not very attentive service. Food order was incorrect and had the wrong side. Was not fixed in a reasonable time. Ordered the 16oz ribeye which was extremely undercooked and half the steak was fat. Not well marbled but just tons of fat. Over half the steak was not edible. Our first experience had us coming back for a second meal and they really dropped the ball.

Was very difficult to find accessibility and took sometime to get into the restaurant. No call button for assistance and had to literally call out to a staff member for help. The staff that did help were very pleasant. Additionally, the communication between the staff could have been better as our other guests from out of town were sat at a different table than the one originally planned for us.

I recently visited Milestones and Grill for a birthday dinner, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. The service was disappointing from the start. First off, there were significant delays in getting our food. We ordered a vegan bowl, but the server brought us a shrimp bowl instead. When we pointed out the mistake, it was corrected, but it took way too long. The issues didn’t end there. We ordered a bottle of wine, but they brought us the wrong one. After mentioning it, they did replace it, but the entire experience felt like we were an afterthought. Later, when it came time to redeem a gift card, the manager informed us that it had already been used and that we would have to contact a third party to resolve the issue. I asked if he could verify this in front of me to see if there was any balance left, and when he checked, it turned out the entire balance was still there and available for redemption. Instead of apologizing for the confusion, he just brushed it off with no acknowledgment of the mistake. Overall, I expected a much better experience for a special occasion, but the service and lack of accountability were disappointing. I won’t be coming back.
