It was extremely comfortable, walking into the cozy and lively atmosphere of Momo Sushi and being greeted by the gracious, personable and welcoming owner! The food was ready for pick up within ten minutes and was warm fresh and tasty! The prices were also good and the staff were kind and pleasant! We look forward to dining in, at Momo Sushi’s delightful and friendly restaurant next time. A very positive experience! Thank you!

Ordered dynamite platter, it was by far the worst nigiri I have had. The salmon was too pink and chewy, not the melt-in-your-mouth that they have in other places. There were some weird marks on the tuna as well which I didn’t want to eat so my husband did even though I warned him not to. We asked for tea and water, they gave us water without a glass to pour it in. We had to request for plates as well. The owner kept asking if we want to order more or if we wanted the bill even as we sipped tea. She still sent the bill lol. We barely spent 15 minutes. Not coming back here sadly. Two starts for atmosphere because the music was nice.

Momo's is great. We are always well taken care of when we dine in. Open 7 days a week till 9pm, so always available when you are craving some fresh sushi. We had the shrimp wonton special last visit and it was divine.

If you are looking for sushi, stop browsing other Google reviews and look no further. Momo Sushi is hands down the best sushi joint on the island. It is a quaint and cozy establishment with parking at the back, but don't let the size fool you. The owners take so much care in their business. They carefully craft each roll of sushi, and provide top notch service. They are extremely kind and want you to not only enjoy their creations, but the atmosphere of the fun environment they have curated. We ordered the dynamite roll, salmon skin roll, rainbow roll, spicy tuna roll, Black Dragon roll, and unagi roll, and this costed is less than $70 total, which enough for two very hungry grown men who were looking for AYCE sushi. Although not AYCE, every single roll was affordable and worth while, with fresh wasabi and ginger.I will be sure to come back to Momo Sushi every time I visit Victoria! Such a gem in this city ???.

I didn't bother eating the food yet before making this review. I only gave this place 3 stars for food because I ordered my usual favourites from any sushi restaurant. Anyhow, I was looking to just get some quick sushi and I ordered online from them, and they said it would take 50 minutes to finish. Seeing how that's a long time, I called, and they told me the food would be ready in 20-30 minutes. So i decided to give it a shot and wait. 50 minutes past, nothing. 1:30 hours passed, and that's when I got my food. Genuinely ridiculous. It's one thing if they told me the truth that it would take 50 minutes, and then it would make sense why i got my food so late because they were busy anyways. But they decided to tell me it would take 20-30 minutes. To compensate, they gave me free sushi. That probably took even more time to make. Genuinely so ironic.EDIT. sashimi had bones in it. idk how they managed to mess up THIS bad. gas station sashimi is better than this. don't order their food.
