I order the waffle club, with a salad, they forgot the cheese and bacon, the waitress brought me a cold slice of cheese, and one slice of bacon, no offer to remake the meal. My husband ordered a rare steak and it came out more medium. He did say something to the waitress and she said oh yes that is not rare. She did offer to have it re made but he did not want to wait! Nessa was very nice, sadly the kitchen was not on their game!
We stood at the doorway for a good 5 minutes while 3 ladies just stood around chatting with one another. I got fed up and said I had a reservation and that lit a fire under her pants. The server was nice but the food was terrible. Ordered the fire cracker burger expecting it to have jalapeño etc but it had literally 1 dried up chunk of jalapeño and barely any crispy onions. The server never came back until it was ready to give me the bill but I just wanted to pay and get out...
The restaurant was not super busy and the waitress was great. The food was hit and miss. We came for brisket and they were out of it, not great as it was all you can eat rub night. They were out of beans as well so they served a boring carrot cabbage slaw instead as the second side. We ordered a burger, steak and wings,. My small steak was blue rare in the middle (I ordered medium rare) it came with pale soggy onion rings and a baked potato. I sent the partially eaten steak back...
