Good coffee but could have a better selection of treats and also needs a little more coziness inside.

Don't get me wrong the food at Mosi is great but the wait times just make the whole experience take 10 times longer then it should of. The pizza is very good though and they have a good selection of cured meats.

Possibly the best bakery in Victoria. You won't be disappointed. Update, as of end of 2026 under new management. They used to have the best croissant in the city. The last three attempts have tasted more like bread rolls. I can only assume the desire to save money and expand the business is more important than great ingredients and great food. Hopefully butter will return and the croissant will rise again.

There are two stores. Both are amazing. The one by the school is smaller but a cozy place in the back to sit. But the one down the road by elk lake is soo beautiful and I love it as a date spot! The food and ice cream is sooooo good. Never had a bad service. A bit pricey for sure but it's a treat !

Such a surprise of a place. We wanted to stop for a coffee and went in and it was such a delight. We got sandwiches, brie croissants , coffee , iced matcha apple cider . All the baked goods looked amazing . Next time we will get the Gelato.

Discovered this place by accident along our travels and so glad we did. The coffee was the best we’ve had on the island and the baking was so good we had second helpings. It has a nice European cafe atmosphere where you can have something delicious and fresh, sip and enjoy, and then be on your way. We sat outside on the patio. Also love that it this family owned. Highly recommend the almond croissant.

Great little Italian bake shop/cafe. Gelato is pretty good, baked good are interesting and not like anything you'd find elsewhere. The deserts are less sweet, not as decedent. Still great though! They also have some Italian imports in the back of the shop.

Their gluten less rhubarb muffin is to die for!!! Unfortunately, since they charged me $5 for a cup of water for my dog, I haven't been back. (My dog won't drink out of most public bowls and I didn't have her bowl with us that day).

After years here and wanting to support them the quality of service and space remains incredibly poorly run. Long waits for service then food delivery is ridiculous considering it’s all self order now. The space is usually dirty and disorganized from the washrooms to supplies to cleaning tables. The quality of food no longer justifies alot of us locals going any longer. Especially for the prices where the ingredients are often not local organic or transparently sourced.

A collection of pastries along with pizza and excellent Gelato. Super friendly and helpful staff. Not much atmosphere: dark and a little dingy. Limited seating inside and noisy outside.

Lots of parking on W Saanich but difficult to get out if you want to go south.

We stopped here on our way to the Butchart Gardens hopeful for great coffee and breakfast. I had a vegetarian breakfast bun and it was very greasy and not good. My latte was ok, but the sausage roll my husband had was not good.

I love the food at Mosi's. It is pricy, but you get what you pay for. It is really good. Try the ham and gruyere croissant!

I would like to talk about the staff. First off, its usually understaffed at Lunch time, so be prepared to spend time to place your order. Parking is very limited. Their debit machines crash regularly. The staff seems stressed and don't greet you kindly. For the price of the food, I do expect to be greatly kindly.

The cafe needs a lot of love. Its been well loved and that's clear, but it desperately needs a deep clean. Don't look up at the ceiling!

I love the croissants and the fresh food. The pizza is also delicious. I do recommend this place. With a few adjustments, this café could thrive on another level. I hope to see Mosi's around for the long haul.

Cheers!
