Never disappoints! Breakfast plates to fully satisfy, pancetta pizza from in-house-made fresh dough, baked goods both savoury and sweet, gelato made on-site... A true gem!

Such a cute Italian bakery and they make the best croissants in the world!

Best weekend morning coffee with pastry option in Victoria.

Mosi is an amazing spot for any of your needs. It has baked goods, fresh sandwiches, gelato, ready to cook pizza, wine, cider, beer, pre-made desserts, cheeses, pretty much a tiny grocery store in a cafe. It is set up like a mini Coombs. Perfect spot to stop by on a bike ride.

The hot drink selection is good. The cappuccino is smooth and not acidic.

The baked goods section is amazing. So many options to choose from if you wanted cookies or croissant they have it. We also tried the Italian cinnamon bun which was fresh and delicious.

Recommendations: I think it would be an awesome opportunity to put an affogato on the menu with all the amazing gelato. I would even suggest a separate menu with different gelato flavoured affogato.

My only critique is that, despite there being around six staff members present, only one person was taking orders—and it took over five minutes just to scoop gelato. Other than that, everything was perfect! Loved it!

Great coffee and baked goods! Just wish there was somewhere to sit down to enjoy them. Hardly any tables for a group of 4.

Soooo delicious! The italians panini are simple the best, Proscuitto and Porcheta my favourites!

First time after driving by many times
Great breakfast place. Another location south on same highway.
Will definitely return and many people have commented to us on the gelateria. Will try this for sure!

Tables inside and a few outside!

This is a lovely neighbourhood cafe on the way to Butchart gardens if you need to stop. My coffee was made well and the egg and lox sandwich was delicious and filling (maybe a tad too much mayo)

THE MOST AUTHENTIC & DELICIOUS REAL ITALIAN FOOD, PASTRIES, DRINKS & MORE !! If you have not tried either of their 2 locations on West Saanich Rd , I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do, as you will NOT be disappointed!!! My absolute favourite things are the Caprese Sandwich ( it’s vegetarian but I add prosciutto since I’m not vegetarian). Honestly the flavours are such an incredible taste experience. Everything is made fresh daily and the sandwiches are made to order. They have so many options to choose from. They also have pizza, fresh pasta and of course so many different fresh breads. I believe the breads need to be ordered 24 hours in advance unless you can get your hands on whatever they have left that day for sale. As for the pastries , my family’s favourites are the ham & cheese croissants, pecan brownies , pecan squares and snickerdoodle cookies. Again they have so many other options to choose from when it comes to croissants and pastries. I actually just placed an order for 3 of the ham & cheese croissants but unfortunately they only had 2. But what I love about them is that they will call me directly and let me know that they only had 2 left so I can choose something else ( and most of the time the item I choose is not on the uber eats app so it’s lovely to try out new things.ei: today I’m going to try a lemon berry danish which sounds amazing to me. )

I am just blown away by their incredible customer service ( thank you Sienna for being so kind today and calling to let me know an item I placed on uber eats was sold out so I chose something else and she said it’s actually her favourite thing) since when I order via uber eats and they sell out of an item , since they are incredibly popular and busy , especially on weekends and lunchtime and they are only open from 8am - 4:30pm Monday through Saturday and 9am-4:30pm on Sundays. I’ve unfortunately not had the pleasure of visiting the store in person ( I’m chronically ill so I rarely get out ) but thank goodness there is uber eats. And my mom, dad , sister and her family go there a lot and bring items for me when they go. They’ve told me that they have a section where you can buy pre made gifts, special salts , olive oils and so many other amazing things. I can’t wait to hopefully one day visit in person. My dad says their coffee is incredible!! And he’s a huge coffee connoisseur. I just can’t say enough positive things about this place. I only found them about 2-3 months ago and I order sometimes 3x a week as a sandwich can last me 2-3days as I can’t eat a lot in one sitting. Plus I savour them as they are so yummy. It’s kid friendly, lots of parking that is FREE and you can eat indoors or outdoors. There’s truly something for everyone’s tastes. Bring a friend or 2 and have a coffee and a pain au chocolate ( they sell fast !! ) But I truly hope you try them out as they have vegan , vegetarian and gluten free options too !! Check out @fashionbeforefunction as I’ll be adding their items to my stories and making them a permanent highlight reel. Cheers

Did not have a good experience at Mosi this morning. We got there at 9:30 am Sunday, starting to get busy. The lady at the cash was not very friendly bit of an attitude. We ordered our stuff. That took a minute to decide. She seemed impatient. My husband ordered the full breakfast. We waited 35 minutes or more. He never got it ,was given away to somebody else. He finally did get his money back. Our coffee's weren't very warm. The pastries were OK. The one cinnamon bun that we got had a piece of bristle or something coarse in the middle of it wasn't offered to refund. It. Just got another one. Overall, not a good experience didn't go out of their way. By any means regarding customer service, it seems poorly run needs to be better organized. Long wait times which is ridiculous expensive for what you got.Coffee refills $2.10, for a small cup $3.50, a rip off! Definitely not going back and would not recommend!

Good Food - with a wide variety of cuisine and drinks.
The Sandwiches, and Pastries are my favourite so far. The Honey butter bar is one of the top 10 sweets I have had, with a rich and creamy flavor.

Note: Their sandwich bar closes early, 4:00pm-ish sometimes earlier.

The sandwiches we had were delicious, and our double chocolate ginger cookie was decadent!

Cute cafe with a lovely dining area! there food is quite good and their gelato is absolutely delicious! I've always found the staff very friendly and quite attentive. The wait can be quite long but definitely worth it for some of the food and drink.
