Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

My burrito was delicious! I had never been before so I didn't know what to expect and Cynthia was so helpful and patient with my order. Both Cynthia and Adolf were very kind in explaining what options were available for vegetarians and very helpful in deciding which items to select. Thanks soo much! I will definitely be returning and recommending to friends

Kind of like a blander Qdoba. Would rate higher if they served fountain drinks.

Great food, my go to place for Mexican meals

Used to be my favourite Mexican restaurant in the city but lately the quality has taken a hit. The meat is often cold when added to the bowl. Has so much potential.

I’m excited to eat there because it’s my first time, i did some research about the food and i decided to get a beef burrito so i came there and they let me choose so i became a bit nervous and i don’t know what to choose so i keep asking for suggestion and what’s the best and after i sat down to the table i saw the girl laughing and whispering to the guy so i’m assuming they were talking about me and if they didn’t it’s still very unprofessional to do that especially in front of the customer/guests so sadly the service is bad and i’m disappointed with the staff it was around 7:40 at that time and im the only person eating inside (i did a research about the time so i know when it will be close) it’s still not 8:00 pm and the girl approached me and said they are closing so i just walked out and said thank you. Sorry to tell but that was gonna be my first and last visit.

Extremely disappointed with my experience today, my friend wrote another review and I’m here to say my piece lol. Like my friend said, we are avid patrons of this restaurant and we come at least once per week. Have had relatively OK experiences in the past, but today was very disappointing. We got two small burritos with the exact same ingredients, just differing in the meat type. Our burritos were made by two different workers, and thus were two completely different sizes. I politely pointed out the difference in the sizes once they handed them both to us, and asked if there was anything they could do. They stared at us with such disgust, And then proceeded to essentially just shrug their shoulders at us. I have added a second image of after we got back to the house. Hope there is something that can come from these reviews.

Horrible reward/point system service. I frequent Mucho burrito often for many years now and this location very often and the food is always decent for the price but none of the staff know how to let me redeem my free burrito bowl I am entitled to from purchasing 9 burrito bowls even though the receipt says I have a free bowl/reward on it though. I have tried several times now and every time several staff get involved and it takes several minutes for them telling me different things and ultimately me not being able to claim my reward. I always provide a tip when I eat here but starting today after being refused my reward again and wasting more time and hassle as always because they do not know how so I did not tip today. From now on I will not attempt to scan my rewards card because it is just a waste of time and more of a hassle and I will not tip anymore in the future to compensate. I feel like the staff has not been trained correctly and may not be their fault but now they will be penalized with no tip because of this very poor system. I hope mucho burrito educates their staff on the reward program they offer in the future so other unsatisfied customers avoid this hassle. Do not offer a points program if you do not honour it.

The amount of cheese in the burritos is disappointing. They only use a small tablespoon, which isn’t nearly enough to balance the other ingredients.

Been here before and it was very busy. This time it was pretty quiet. In fact it was noon and we were the only customers in the place until we left then 2 more families showed up. One small kid behind the counter dealing with any and all customers. He was pleasant, he was quick, efficient and he was professional. Not a small thing for young workers these days. He made us our 2 burritos which were very tasty but only as good as the minimal amount of meat that each was allotted to receive. For what it is, fast-food tex-mex, it was decent.

Make sure you bring Canadian money. They will take American money but rip you off for your change. I had to get the Manager to get the proper change. Tried to rip me off of 14.00 dollars. P. S. food was very weak copy of Chipotle.

Love coming here for the burrito bowls. So sad they got rid of the habenero sauce, but I'll survive. Always the nicest staff, fresh ingredients, great portions and plenty of parking!
