Every single time I do an Uber Eats order from here they mess it up. Every. Single. Time. Usually they just give me the wrong drinks, but today they went above and beyond, I ordered crispy chicken burritos, I got bean burritos! What the heck is that??

I ordered delivery. The driver got lost and delivered to the wrong address. The churro's tasted like the sauce had gone off and the burrito bowl was about half full. To add insult to injury I paid for a corona and was delivered an alcohol free version. Would not order again

Staff were not friendly to begin with.

Mumbled so difficult to hear, they put no effort to speak louder.

They had no sautéed veggies available. And did not offer any. When asked if there were any, they hesitated before responding oh we can make some. Didn’t seem like they wanted to have them available.

Way too much rice, little protein and burrito build was uneven - not spread out; causing all the sauce to be on one side and seeping out.

Something to consider is to onboard staff with some training in customer service - just the basics would be an improvement.

I had a wonderful experience at this Mexican restaurant! The flavors were authentic and vibrant, with every dish prepared to perfection. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, and the service was attentive and friendly throughout the evening. A fantastic place to enjoy true Mexican cuisine—highly recommended!

my friend and I just visited this location for dinner and we were very frustrated with the customer service we received. first, we got build your own burritos, and when the rice was placed on the tortilla, it was a very small amount and when we requested more, the worker said that it will be more difficult to wrap. As we moved down the line to get the protein there was a very large amount put onto the burrito so the proportions weren’t lining up. When I was requesting the extra toppings, the topping was put on my friends burrito and it was a topping she did not want and they didn’t really offer to take it off. The worker who made our burritos passed on the rolling duty to another worker because they were quite full at that point. When we went to pay, they gave my friend the wrong change as well. lastly, while we were in there, there was two other customers, and they also appeared to have some issues as well. I would 10/10 not recommend coming to this location, but instead going to the Langford location.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Mucho Burrito location around 7:50 PM yesterday during my 30-minute work break. I came in just to get some fries and stood at the end of the line near the register—not the burrito assembly area—since I wasn’t building a burrito. I was left waiting for 10 full minutes while three employees—who I believe were women of Indian descent—ignored me completely.

One of them was cleaning the vegetable bins and just stared at me the entire time without saying a word. No one asked if I needed help, even though I was clearly waiting. Then, when a new group of customers walked in, a different employee came in and helped them immediately, skipping right past me.

When I was finally acknowledged, it took another 8 minutes for my food to be taken, prepared, and served. I lost most of my break just trying to get a simple order. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service from this team was unacceptable.

If I see these same employees working again, I will not be returning to this location. Management should seriously reconsider who they’re trusting to represent their brand.

I decided to enjoy one of their heavily advertised specials - 5$ small burrito for the week of May 5th 2025 in celebration of cinco de mayo.. Only to be TRICKED. Don’t be fooled - the burritos are not $5… They are actually $8. The staff did not make me aware that they will charge $3 for any kind of protein.. such as chicken,, pork beef etc. Nowhere is this advertised. There are huge signs out front saying $5 byo burrito.. and no mention of an extra $3 for protein. VERY SHADY business practices. I wont be returning anytime soon. Also… dont forget you only get 4 toppings and every topping after costs EXTRA…. They wont inform you of this while ordering either..
