EDIT: Owner claims to want to make things right, but they have not responded to any email in weeks. Can't help but feel they post their email address as optics when they truly have no intention of making it up to paying customers. Would not eat here again.

Food had good taste, but unfortunately the protein portions were much smaller than at other restaurants. The employees were also barricading the seating area inside at 7:20PM - 40 minutes before close. As a result, there were patrons in T-shirts being forced to sit outside in 10° weather, and it made the atmosphere inside the restaurant very poor.

If you feel like a burrito you can't go wrong here. I had the steak and enjoyed it. Good sizes as well

As shown in the pictures, the counters where they prepare the food are filthy and the food is pretty much anywhere besides where is supposed to be. There were about four employees, but only one seemed to be working while the others wandered behind the counter. One employee, wearing big headphones and a black Prada t-shirt, appeared annoyed that the girl at the counter was serving us instead of letting him make his own meal, as he seemed to be about to go on break. The staff's clothes were all dirty; perhaps aprons would help. Also, one of the spoon handles fell into a different food container, yet neither the food nor the spoon was replaced.

I should have read other reviews before coming here, as it seems poor service and inadequate food preparation are ongoing issues. The owner’s typical response appears to be “send me an email,” so I'll save you time by saying: no, I don’t want a follow-up email, instead maybe fix all these recurring issues.

Have been to this location many times, same shitty service and less portions! Everytime, Only coz its 2 mins from my house. You will know what i mean as soon as you go to a different location!

Nobody greets you, atmosphere is “not giving” Food’s okay worth 2 stars. The girls and the man in glasses at the counter always under portion you. They dont know how to wrap my burrito, always falls apart. They( staff) have repeatedly not greeted me and welcomed other people in the restaurant, which makes up for the bad experience personally.

I would rather go to the one on Mckenzie avenue. Its so much better! I gave them 5 stars!

The stuff in the bowl was lacking in actual greens and the ingredients were a bit wilted. The service felt rushed and there wasn't much attention to customer care. You should provide a proper training to new hire. When i complained about the low quantity, The staff, particularly the Asian lady, seemed a bit annoyed. You should have mix culture staff not just from a one community. I won’t be returning.

This was not my first time at a Mucho Burrito in general. I requested to build a salad bowl and asked for 2X the protein. Middle aged lady behind the counter (Uptown location) added all the ingredients as if she was feeding a bird then very promptly charged me $18 for the bird feeding session. I even told her that it was less quantity for the money, period. Forget the fact that "Mucho" in the brand name stands for much more than what's considered normal. Mucho Burrito is not the problem. Its employees like her who treat customers like crap, waste their money and act like there's a company incentive for saving on ingredients. Pathetic!!!!

Best things to eat in nearby uptown and others if you see its not oily and not grilled its comes with all fresh things on the items and i ate all things and i liked all items and what i most liked is Burritos and

Mucho Burrito, and in particular this Uptown location, is a very strong value and the best of the competition in town (better than Chipotle, Bar Burrito, Quesada).

The staff ensures good consistency which is hard to find. The food is fresh with great selection of protiens and add ons for your bowl or burrito.

The value is good, and even better when using the app.
