Overpriced and dismal service.
Be sure to visit this charming spot in the heart of downtown! The cafe offers quick service, even if you see a line. There’s a wide selection of coffee, tea, desserts, sandwiches (very tasty!), and salads. It’s a favorite spot for Victoria locals. The tables and decor are cozy, with plenty of space.
Unimaginable selection of tea!
We were in Victoria 2 years ago and fell in love with Murchie's. They have sweet on one side and savory on the other. I wish we had a bakery like this in our hometown. We split a ham croissant and each had a muffin for dessert. The blueberry muffin was bursting with fruit and baked to perfection. The banana chocolate chip was well balanced and tasty.
This is a must if you are in Victoria
I wish i could give zero stars. Worst service. Weird and very unfriendly staff. Tried first time, never gonna come back.

I thoroughly enjoyed visiting Murchies in person. I usually purchase tea and coffee online from Alberta. It was delightful to experience the vibrant atmosphere, enticing aromas, and delectable flavors of the teas and coffees. The visit was definitely worth it. They also offer in-house baked treats and a variety of teas and coffees that are perfect for a refreshing pick-me-up.
