I bought a lovely Dunoon bone China mug for Christmas 2023. It already cracked from the handle down. I heard a snap when pouring hot tea. $50.00 wasted!!

I love coming here whenever I'm at this mall. Staff is always very friendly and their drinks are delicious. I highly recommend their London Fog. It's my favorite drink from them. :)

Coffee and drinks are great, but the staff is even better. Maryam was very kind and absolutely lovely to talk with. I will be returning soon!

I love going to the Murchies on Government St. for lunch or coffee and a treat. It rarely if ever disappoints. I recently found about the location at the Hillside Mall and gave it a try. It's a nice, quiet spot, the perfect place to visit with a friend and the blueberry danish I had was just delicious. The problem was with the coffee - it was barely stronger than hot water. Very disappointing as the coffee downtown is always excellent. I'll definitely give them another try here, so hopefully......

Some of my favourite tea I've ever had. Hot chocolate is good too! Great gift ideas other than coffee and teas. Baking too!

Went in looking for espresso, couldn’t exactly find it so I asked where the espresso would be, then the worker proceeded to tell me WHAT I was looking for and completely failed to tell me WHERE the product would be. All I could spot was filter grind, so I asked if that was what she was talking about, she then told me that it could work but what I was looking for was a fine grind, and continued to stand in silence as I was still trying to find what I was looking for. When somebody asks where to find something, you would think they would direct you to what you’re looking for.

Bad service. I wait 15 minutes for my latte. When I realized that the 3 people that ordered after me where getting their drinks before me I approached to the barista and asked her if my latte was in the way and she lied that it was , she was actuality making the other people after me . The almond latte did not tasted good at all . I believe there is lack of management and organization in this location.

A very fine tea (coffee and cake) business right in the centre of Victoria. A local institution to partake of a drink and fine pastries. Not good for the waistline but you only live once!!!

This place has the appearance of a high end coffee shop with high end prices. We met out of province friends there this afternoon and as we sat at a table in the back room beside the shop, we had the company of a rodent cleaning up crumbs on the carpet beside us. Photo attached. Another customer said the mouse was named Bruno. One of our friends went to staff to complain and was rudely told, "That's what you get being so close to the harbour." What an attitude!! Guess where we won't be taking friends to in future!

this place is a Victoria staple.we had breakfast here. Loved the selection of baked goods and pastries. Our only complaint is when you ask to heat something up you actually do that.
