Not a great experience. We asked twice to turn up the heat, set at 14. People were wearing jackets. No sound baffles. Very noisy. Hard to chat. Service very slow. Sushi rolls fall apart. Everyone else seemed to like it though.

We have enjoyed eating a variety of dishes at Mutsuki-An (usually at lunch time). The service is always wonderful, staff are very kind. It's a small restaurant, but very clean, welcoming and peaceful in the Corner of Caddy Bay

Enjoyed the Shrimp and scallop Don for lunch - came with perfectly cooked sushi rice - some firmness and some stickiness but not overly sticky. Sauce was delicious and enough to cover the rice, don't recall if it was ginger and garlic or just garlic, but it was yummy! Several pieces of shrimp and two large scallops cooked perfectly. Lovely presentation with red lettuce pieces and a couple of cherry tomatoes.
Fresh sushi at its best! Amazing service and clean restaurant. Definitely will be back!

Had a fabulous lunch today at this restaurant, everything was super fresh and the service was impeccable. I had left my sunglasses there at least a month ago, and when i returned today the waiter remembered that they were mine….can’t say enough about how lovely this little place is!

I have been going to Mutsuki-An since they were in Oak Bay in the late 90's. I was so happy they found a place in Caddy Bay after the Oak Bay location was demolished. Great food, fantastic service and relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. Thank you to this wonderful family .
