I come here lots of times since it is near my house, and it is by far my favorite restaurant on Vancouver island. The staff is extremely nice, the environment of the store is very pleasing, and the food is absolutely astounding.Recommendations:- Anything to due with salmon

One of my favourite spots!Fresh ingredients, nice preparation, yummy food, and excellent service!A friend suggested this place to me recently, and I ordered a tray of a variety of rolls for a dinner I was hosting; it was great.Today we went to try the Ramen soup, and it was delicious!!! Cooked with love.It is a small place but with a lot of soul and flavour. The staff is super friendly, kind, and pays attention to all the details.Thank you; we will return soon!

This was my first time trying out a sushi restaurant since the thought of raw fish didn't appeal to me. I am so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and came by here!The lady working the counter was lovely and very helpful explaining everything to someone who had no idea! There is a small refrigerated counter that has some premade sushi you can easily buy and take. As well they have a huge menu to choose from of items they make on demand.We chose several different options from the refrigerated counter and were not disappointed! Huge pieces and really delicious sauces on them! Everything was extremely fresh, and we felt we had good value for the prices.They do have a very small eat-in section to it at as well.We look forward to coming back again!

Without question this is consistently the best sushi in Victoria. They are fast, portions are large, food is super fresh, and they always go above and beyond with your order. Highly, highly recommend.Vegetarian options: They kindly specify which items are veggie to avoid any confusion.
