Naughty Nellie's Not Just Fish & Chips

One night I just had an absolutely massive craving for fish and chips. And Naughty Nellie's was there for me. Got the takeout snapper deal. 100% fantastic! The sizes on the fish were massive. The fries were very nice and the slaw was the perfect addition to help cut through the fattiness from the deep fryer. So every bite is like the first. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

My favorite place to eat in my neighbourhood! Great prices! Huge portion sizes! The salmon burger is delicious! Always such a good atmosphere inside

Non fancy fish and chips restaurant that is consistently good. We are repeat customers there and will continue to go. Fries are awesome even to take home and pop in the air fryer the following day.

Feels like I’m back home at the chippy. Great deals, great mushy peas, awesome halibut. Worth sitting in, but ya can never go wrong with the newspaper wrap up! 11/10

Great local operation when the craving hits and they have specials for those on a tight budget. This week, it's 2 snapper pieces, chips, coleslaw and tartar for $13.99. Some months back it was ling cod for around the same price. Ad I've updated the photo for 2025 coz the image may be many years old.

Boring and not good.. The fish, halibut was okay, not the best I've had by a long shot, the fries were bland and tasteless.. They don't salt them, they simply fry them.. Service was just okay, nothing to write home about..

I won't be going back..

Best fish n chips I’ve had in Canada! As good as back in England. The price is spot on too!

We had cod and chips. Cod and batter was excellent, chips were small cut and dry. They did not taste like freshly cut. Coleslaw could use less dressing.

Just Perfect 🔥🔥....in from Calgary leave in 5 days time..have to have another go at their 2 piece cod and chips, coleslaw and tartar sauce... just WOW..

Love the cod and chips, we do takeout about every 2 weeks and are never disappointed. You get a generous amount of of chips, the cod is a good size and delicious, and we love the coleslaw.

We love going to Naughty Nellie’s for fish & chips. They have the best, thinnest & crispiest batter in town. The serving of fries and coleslaw is generous, as is the piece of fish. This is a classic quaint fish & chip shop - very busy with regulars and takeout orders. There’s a seniors, dine-in special (serving size is still regular though, so if your appetite is smaller, keep this in mind). We typically order the cod, but have also had the halibut and salmon - and all have tasted great. We’ve never been disappointed going here.
