Atrocious service. Went in there to spend $150 on coffee and the service staff refused to make me a sampler because ‘we are too busy’ while I was the only one in the store. Disgusting atmosphere.

This has nothing to do with the people I dealt with just this company in a whole. Sad. Seriously poor excuse for a company. Extremely greedy. First time deciding to buy coffee for my machine again. After getting 4 texts about 20% off. Or up too. To get there to find out it’s only if you buy 100 capsules you get 10% and 20 if you get 180. Garbage deal terrible pricing. 15 dollars for 10. Brutal. Absolutely brutal. Almost the same price to just get a coffee when you are out. I regret buying a machine. I think the scummy attempt to get me in there was the final straw tho. You’re welcome for the last 40$ you will ever get out of me. I’m going to sell if I can or give away this machine and make sure anyone I know never ever buys from Nespresso. People need to stop supporting these greedy companies

Very pretentious vibe with terrible service. You line up to get in, but I didn’t decide yet what I wanted exactly and wanted to browse. By the time I decided, I had to go to the back of the same line I originally lined up in to pay again.

I also asked about the Christmas sets that were advertised on their website. They even have displays in the store advertising these sets, but when I asked to buy it they told me they weren’t available to be purchased in store…. Why advertise something in the store you can’t buy?

Also, a lot of the associates don’t know much about their products

They want to give you the “luxurious, personalized experience” but they missed the mark by a long shot. You go in, you browse, aren’t given any recommendations, and then line up again to be given subpar service and can’t get what you want.

Pass. Just shop online. You’ll be less frustrated

Almost always have a great experience here, but an older lady working there was quite rude. She hadn’t asked if I wanted a bag and during my purchase, so I asked for one when my coffee came out as it slipped my mind. She then proceeded to say “you have to purchase a bag”, “next time purchase one” mind you she didn’t even ask me if I’d need a bag during my purchase. So I left quickly as It was quite uncomfortable, and later realized she gave me a completely different coffee from what I asked for.

The older lady working at this store is so rude and unpleasant. I went to the store to look at the machines and she says, are you buying coffee? I said no, looking at machine, is that ok? She said yes and rolled her eyes. I felt so uncomfortable I proceeded to exit the store. I said thanks on my way out. She ignored me.

i’ve never had a bad experience. on my most recent visit the associates were friendly and helpful even giving me tips on how to brew a full cup pod as a double espresso shot with my vertuo next machine. only one time previously did i have trouble getting my order right in store but no problem!

Went to Nespresso Mayfair for recycle and refill.

Nobody behind me when I started recycling, then people showed up. Staff told me to join the line behind them and not even being polite.

What a joke. Not coming back - I’ll stick with Starbucks Vertuo instead.

Very pretentious worker, didn’t want to help me and gave me attitude when I just wanted to get my pods. I don’t understand why she was acting the way she did, it was disrespectful and rude. Go somewhere else to get ur pods, it’s not worth supporting this location and letting them stay longer than they have!

I was helped by the store manager-Mike, he was very friendly and good at his job.
I don’t have a lot of knowledge with coffee machine and he took his time to help me find the right one for me. He wasn’t pushy and made sure I knew what I wanted. I’m very happy with my experience there and can’t wait to try out my new coffee machine! Thank you Mike!

My partner went in and got me some ICED coffee pods and they allowed him to leave with the wrong pods after verifying my machine. We went in and we were able to exchange them but they AGAIN gave me the wrong coffee pods. They gave me Bianco Forte instead if the Iced Forte I asked for. Didn't find out till I went to use them today. Note to self always triple check your order.

The coffee is good, however of the 3 times I've been here, each time the sales associate was either completely rude, dismissive, or both. When they do feign friendliness in the least convincing way, it's obvious salesmanship to upsell you on something.

Not to mentioned 2 people were responsible for putting my order together and they managed to get 70% of it wrong.
