Ordered 45 dollars worth of food through skip the dishes for it to show up with my drinks packaged on top of my hot dogs, which are now cold and soggy. They also did not add any of the toppings ordered on one of my hot dogs, which I paid extra for. Called 4 times to attempt to speak to someone only for the phone to ring out each time. Extremely disappointed in the quality of food and service you get for the amount you pay?

The staff seem a bit mentally slow. The leading staff member in charge even refused to accept my BCAA card to give me my 10% discount. The staff are inflexible at the Hillside Mall location. New York Fries are one of the partner companies that BCAA members are suppose to get some perks. The other NYF locations were not this rigid.

Hi. I ordered Poutine, as it is one of my favourites. Unfortunately, I was unable to leave my server, Cook, and staff a tip for their good service.I saw a little cup for tips but paid with my debit card.I couldn't leave a tip!The electronic debit machine is outdated and old!I told the staff they just missed out on tips because I rarely carry cash.The staff have always been very good and deserve their tips.I am truly disappointed.

Ordered nacho fries and they came utterly drenched in salsa. And green onion. Had very little cheese and were so soggy. I called store not looking for refund just to let them know. The woman said “oh well we always put 3 ladles of salsa on regular order”. That’s not only untrue its dismissive. Do better guys.

Staff isn't very friendly and makes me feel like I'm wasting there time by ordering.The Food is good compared to other new york friends and they are quick with orders. Some small issues with consistency but it's to be expected.The mall is kept pretty clean by the mall staff.

I'm a huge fan of the poutine at New York Fries, especially the Bacon Double Cheese poutine—it's absolutely fantastic! The flavors are on point, and I'd easily rate the food a solid 5 stars. What truly stands out is the exceptional service. The staff is not only friendly but also incredibly prompt. A special shoutout to Jemor, who served my food with a smile and added to the positive experience. His attentiveness and great service deserve a well-earned 5-star rating.
