I always go to hillside, but was near Mayfair today. Couldn’t taste the butter chicken because the fries were undercooked and had just absorbed the oil.. some fries were even pretty much a raw bite. Could be a one off (hillside does it too) but I won’t be back to risk it.

Their fries are always crispy and delicious, they're always cooked to perfection . I highly recommend trying their poutine, the staff is super friendly and always make you feel welcome. They're quick to take your order and serve you with a smile. You won’t be disappointed.

The fries where great. The customer service is poor. This is one of those Island businesses that heavily uses foreign workers and gives them no proper training in regards to customer service. No greeting or anything like that; you have to work to get their attention. They are very similar to prison cafeteria workers especially with the food trays. They drop your tray on the counter and then after that they are done talking to you. They look absolutely soulless, miserable, and non-interactive robots. I actually feel bad for them.

Tried to order some fries for my son and got to counter, clerk rudely said "I don't have any more fries." I asked her again and she again rudely said, "no more fries left!". I walked away and sat close by when I noticed the clerk making more fries for new customers coming into line after I left. I went back because I was curious and she rudely said no those customers were before you. Which clearly they were not and then I told her I watched the whole transaction with other customers after I made the request and she said, " oh some people canceled their orders so they are getting the canceled orders." I then asked the customers and they said no they didn't get canceled orders.What is up with that???!!! Bad customer service and totally bewildering that they told me they ran out of fries when I saw the cook take out a fresh unopened bag out of their back area to serve to the customers after me. The young east Indian girl was exceptionally rude as well. I will be calling the manager of this location. Sorry kiddo, I couldn't get your fries nor will I support that kind of service.

Fantastic place in the food court. NYF is my go-to for lunch when I'm working or in the area. The staff are all wonderful. Fast and friendly service every time. Really appreciate the tasty quick food when I'm in a rush. Haha and also appreciate the lack of judgment on how often I don't bring lunch to work ?

Chips were mostly over cooked and hard
Offered to some young kids and the parents said o k. They didn’t eat many folded up the box and left them.
