We ordered the Kung Pao Box with thicker noodles as recommended on the menu. The portion was generous—enough to feed two of us—and the flavor was great! The noodles were a bit undercooked for my taste, but overall, the food was tasty, the service was fast, and the portions were big. Would recommend!

I would have liked to just email you but there is no option to do that. I have been eating at Noodle Box since you were a tiny cart down town Victoria. Always been great. I ordered 3 boxes of spicy peanut noodle boxes yesterday and no one in my party of four could eat it because it literally tasted like throw up. There was something way off in the taste. May never eat here again.🥲

This is the worst Noodlebox I have been at. Ordered the same dish that I always get at Noodlebox and this location gave me a half empty box. When I inquired as to why it was half empty, they were incredibly rude and did not provide a real reason as to why. I will not return to this location.

The thai noodles were too salty. They say so but do not make any effort to make it right. Taking it through hot water can reduce salt and make it edible. Pad thai is missing the tanginess. Over all food is not of the taste for an Asian eatry. Staff is nice but we go for good food and that was missing.
Ive been getting food here for years but never again! First off, we went and picked up some cups and filled it with the water at the water tap, and there was a thick film of oil on the water in each cup. We politely asked for clean cups and they kindly gave us the throwaway plastic ones to use instead. I also asked for a cloth so I could clean the table (which was dirty). They insisted on doing it themselves and then came over with cleaner and just started spraying it over the table (and us)-no warning, no asking us to move. They just let it rip.
I ordered four meals for myself and my family. My daughter pulled two thick black hairs out of her food. I brought it to the front and showed them and they remade the food for her. However, the food was disgusting because rice was overcooked and mushy. They also put pork in it instead of chicken, the egg was partially uncooked and the prawns smelled strongly fishy.
My order also contained two spicy peanut boxes, one with extra chicken. There was barely any chicken to be found and the noodles they used were not the usual noodles. It was disgusting and disappointing.
I ordered a drunken thai box with beef. There may have been 4 skimpy pieces of beef in total-two I had to spit out because they were hard as rock. I also ended up having to spit out several of the noodles because they were not cooked and very crunchy and hurt my teeth. The rest of the noodles were undercooked. I spent almost $100 here today ( Father’s Day) at my dad’s request and it was such a disappointing disgusting experience.
My daughter has a splitting headache and stomach ache now…food poisoning?

Had an absolutely terrible experience with take away from here. We were pretty excited to have noodle box on our meal prep day but were sadly disappointed. I ordered 2 boxes, the really bad one was the spicy peanut ( my regular order) asked for extra broccoli. When we got home we poured the box into a big bowl and there was only 3 pieces of broccoli in the whole dish and a couple pieces of carrot. It’s so sad because this place used to be our weekly go-to on meal prep nights to save time and dishes. I called and told them what had happened and they gave me 50% off my next order haha, maybe I can sell that coupon through marketplace because I won’t be back

The flavours are very yummy but every time I come here I ask to make sure my broccoli is fully cooked and every time I get basically raw broccoli. All they do is just heat it up. I let them know that I was not happy with raw broccoli in my food but I didn’t demand it to he remade they offered to remake it I said just the broccoli ols and then they served me more warmed up broccoli. It’s still basically raw just warm. Thats my only problem idk why they won’t cook the broccoli more. I literally asked for it.

Horrible food. I’m sorry, but the sauces are low on flavour, high on sugar, and sodium—tastes like a generic sauce from a dollar store. If you do go, do not order the Pad Thai. Also, extremely overpriced for the quality.
