The flavours are very yummy but every time I come here I ask to make sure my broccoli is fully cooked and every time I get basically raw broccoli. All they do is just heat it up. I let them know that I was not happy with raw broccoli in my food but I didn’t demand it to he remade they offered to remake it I said just the broccoli ols and then they served me more warmed up broccoli. It’s still basically raw just warm. Thats my only problem idk why they won’t cook the broccoli more. I literally asked for it.
Horrible food. I’m sorry, but the sauces are low on flavour, high on sugar, and sodium—tastes like a generic sauce from a dollar store. If you do go, do not order the Pad Thai. Also, extremely overpriced for the quality.
I ordered a spicy peanut box with a no protein option.
ALLLLL the veggies were raw and I payed for extra cilantro, one sprig🫣
Great food and huge portions
This place doesn’t take food allergies seriously.
We had to plead with the person on the phone just to get an apology after they included peanuts hidden in an order, which explicitly asked for no peanuts. Management needs to reinforce how serious food allergies are and maybe take a look at their kitchen practices. People can die.
If you have a peanut allergy: STAY AWAY.
Price and service are fine. Food is terrible. There is no sense put into the ingredients or ratios. Nothing bad to say about the staff as it's likely a corporate decision to cut costs with horrible recipes and ingredients. Will not be visiting again.
Got kung pao noodle box. Box is really full. Saucy and got enough kick for the hot ver. Really good for the price. Lots of parking and seats.
when Noodlebox first opened in Victoria and it used to be really good, but it’s really gone downhill
We were running late for the ferries and the guys at the Saanich road location were awesome! Incredibly fast service and the food was delicious! Those guys deserve a raise.
The Pad Thai was so dry and flavourless, and the Spicy Peanut box had little to no flavour… this place used to be good but unfortunately has went downhill.

Ordered through skipthedishes for pickup. When at the till, the cashier said it’ll be a while still before it’s ready. No worries - we were early. Waited by the register for 25 minutes and nobody let us know our food was ready yet. I went to ask what the holdup was and they said our order was sitting waiting for us, for the last 10 minutes. Nobody called my name, nobody came to tell us (when we were sitting right next to them) our order was ready.
Do better - food was cold by the time we received it.
Food tasted good but made me very ill puking everywhere in the morning and feeling awful
Pad thai was good considering the price. For less than $20, get a full meal.
Interior was cool, staff were friendly. The water fountain with the rocks was pretty asian. This location much better than the Vancouver Noodle box.
Also the mild spice is just black pepper (not spicy at all).
I would be skeptical about the 1 star ratings below. Not sure who are the weirdos who are feeding this to their toddler or wondering why there's no fresh mango: this place is fast food for under $20, not a 5 star restaurant🤦♀️.
This is a normal asian fast food location. They definitely deliver what's expected.
Some of my order was wrong and this isn't the first time, nor at this uptown store specific. It seems like employees don't care very much. I've never had burned noodles before and it's got a taste. This was ordering through their website, not through a delivery service.
We took our grandson for an early dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the food. There was a gluten choice of noodles which many places don’t have. Upon leaving, we forgot our umbrella and they were so kind that after almost over a month, they still kept it for us. Very friendly staff
