Noodlebox

Long gone are the lineups out the door….unbelievably overpriced, tasteless slop. Used to be such a treat, such disappointment.

Food quality has gone way down over the years, ordered the teriyaki box recently and it was so overpowered with ginger it tasted aweful and came out as a slimey pile on my plate.

Food poisoning possible Botulism. Do not eat here dirty and improper food safety. Hospitalized, and you're disappointed. Gross.

Box was not filled to the brim, like how they used to do, but this is our economic reality.. always good food at noodlebox and the cashier was quite nice. 👌

Very good food for reasonable price

Incredibly disappointed. Ordered the pad Thai with chicken, and not only did it take a long time to make but it was awful. Chicken was so overcooked it was dry and mealy. Noodles were fine but there was no sauce, which is bizarre, so they were incredibly dry and sticky as well. Easily 1/4th the amount of vegetables than what I used to expect from NB 5+ years ago. Would not recommend.

This place has gone majorly downhill since it was sold last year. The most unprofessional management I’ve ever seen here.

I ordered a mild box at westshore mall location in Langford the other day and it came extra spicy. I called back thinking I got the wrong box and the manager told me it was made mild. I told him it wasn’t as there was chili flakes everywhere and he just kept insisting it’s made mild. I then wrote a 1 star review. Because of this review he called me and said he reviewed the camera and he saw the cook put chili flakes on it as I originally had said and that I can get a free box and to tell the staff my name and number when I pickup. Well tonight I went to get that box and the people had no idea what I was talking about. After some time of them on the phone with the manager they came back and said we can’t give you the box since my review is still up. I told them I deleted it the day your manager called me and offered the free box (not that I even had to…..nor was there a conversation about it) 10 minutes later they finally gave me the box but were super hesitant. As soon as I left the manager calls me and tells me to delete the review. I again told him I did days ago and he goes on and on telling me how it’s still showing. I said perhaps it takes time to delete which I’m sure is the case as it’s actually deleted on my end. I am lost for words over the ridiculousness of holding my “free box” ransom until a review is deleted when no mention of that was even previously discussed. Way to piss off a customer twice in a row. This manager needs to be looked in to as his tactics are a horrible outlook on the company. This is the last time I will ever use this place and this is hands down the worst thing I’ve ever seen from any local business period. UPDATE: since this review minutes ago the manager is using his friends and family to rate 5 stars to counter my rating. The last name of the last woman to review is the same name as the manager which came up on my caller ID less than half an hour ago when he told me to delete the review. Absolutely unprofessional, childish and again a super bad outlook on the company. UPDATE #2: the managers family has now changed her name on Google review to appear as “PS” I’ve emailed two email addresses shown for contact and no reply now in days.
