The manager at 2955 Phipps Road Westshore Town Centre Langford, BC, V9B 0J9 would not honor my daughter's coupon after I used a coupon on the previous order. We have 2 coupon books. I have one and she has one. Poor customer experience, I rated them 1 star on Google and canceled my order.

Ginger beef is delicious better than fancy Asian restaurants and more affordable

Food wasn’t terrible. I ordered a Corona with my dinner. After I had payed and received my Corona I asked for a lime and was told they charge for limes. I doubt I’ll be back.

I had an amazing experience at Noodlebox Westshore thanks to Aman! Her customer service is truly outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made great recommendations, checked in to make sure everything tasted perfect, and carried such a positive attitude that it instantly lifted the whole visit.

The food was delicious as always, but Aman’s service made it even better. It’s rare to see someone go above and beyond the way she does. Westshore is lucky to have her, and I’ll definitely be returning because of the exceptional experience she provided.

Highly recommend stopping by and being served by Aman!

Good service, delicious food. We went to Noodle Box at Langford, BC, Canada. We came from US on a vacation to Canada. Staff are very polite made food in front of us as per our choice , suggested items as per our taste and spice level.

This is my favourite Noodlebox. The staff always make you feel welcome, and the food is consistently top quality. Unlike many Noodlebox locations, the food is prepared quickly so waiting time is minimal.

My 3rd visit and it’s my go-to place! The Thai-style chowmein is always so tasty, and the taro bubble tea is delicious. The cashier are super friendly and makes the visit even better. Highly recommend.

I've been going to this location off and on for years since the day it opened after tonight. I will never go back tonight.I ordered the usual spicy peanut with extra cilantro, as you'll see in the picture, it said no cilantro, as I was walking out the door I realized that I said no, so when I went back to the counter and asked why no cilantro, she claimed, I asked for that which I did not I told her I asked for extra cilantro, so she took the box, went to the end of the kitchen for a a few seconds and then came back and said it was fixed. I asked if it was in all in the box. She said, no, when I opened it, as you'll see in the picture was the few little sprigs that were put on, and I paid for extra cilantro, and they also charged me for a black bag, which I didn't ask for a bag. I was hand taking it out. My wife ordered drunken noodle with extra veg. No ginger and in the picture, you'll see what it says.She got very little veg and it says, no garlic, we asked why you said no garlic, the answer was that the ginger and garlic were combined, so that's why they didn't put in any garlic in all the years that I've been going to noodlebox since the 1st day it came to the lower island I have been to every location and not one of them has told me. That the ginger and garlic are together. They are both separate.So now that we tried them with the alternate taste, i will not be back to that location.
What I complained they just shrug their shoulders at me.
Some people will try and say it was a language barrier, that is not an excuse. I don't care where you come from. So if you're working in the food industry.
You shouldn't be able to understand simple english when taking someone's order for a meal that they request. And so in Reading other reviews, it seems this restaurant is almost at the bottom. I we'll no longer be going to this restaurant.

Still served correct meals when ordered you, and the fact that they charged me for a bag, which I never use and extra stuff that I never got as to my frustration and attitude towards this business. I see you answered me the same as you answered everybody else with the email, well I did and nothing you done about that. So it's kinda useless to say the same message to everyone that complains because you can't take care of your business, you don't deserve to continue running if thats all that happens and the service is still crap.

We decided to give this location another shot after staying away for a few years due to past disappointments — and we’re so glad we did! Right from the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by a friendly cashier who took our order. We dined in, and the owner personally brought our food to the table — a great touch. The flavour was absolutely spot on, and the portion sizes were generous. The restaurant was also very clean. Under the new ownership, this place has really turned around. Highly recommend giving it a try — we’ll definitely be back!

Long gone are the lineups out the door….unbelievably overpriced, tasteless slop. Used to be such a treat, such disappointment.
