Very bad customer service. Store closes at 10pm. We reached the store at 9:20pm and they are not accepting dine-in customers already.

Worst location, other locations portions are way bigger

This is the only location to upcharge for the same modifications that other locations do not charge for. Came back to try it again after a bad experience a couple months ago and won’t be back, will rather waste time in traffic and go to different locations.

Great place with awesome staff! Food is awesome and they have great dishes whether you dine in or out.

Only thing to improve is please consider removing the Buddha images displayed in the washroom. That’s not the right place for that.

This location is the absolute worst! The quality of food has significantly declined since new ownership. Have also had poor customer service interactions. For example, a simple request for crispy onions, which had previously been granted for many years prior, is now declined with rudeness. Very interesting because all other locations grant this request without issue. I will now gladly go out of my way to other locations for a higher standard of quality food and service.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for quite some time now and have always appreciated the great customer service. We usually order the crispy Shanghai chicken with rice, and the food has generally been excellent.

However, over the past few visits, I’ve noticed some inconsistency in the dish—particularly in the amount of sauce and chicken. On some days, the sauce is noticeably less than usual. Typically, the chicken is well coated in sauce, but on our most recent visit, a few pieces appeared to be placed on top without being sautéed in sauce.

At one point, we assumed this might be due to ingredient reductions as part of cost-cutting measures. However, after reading recent reviews, we noticed that there has been a change in management, which may explain the difference.

The Noodle Box dishes have a unique and enjoyable flavor, and I truly hope this consistency can be maintained going forward. Being a bit more generous and consistent with the amount of sauce and protein would greatly enhance the experience.

The worst service i could get. Not recommended at all. Ruined my day with the order messed up. I have had food from other locations and that tasted sooo good, but this particular location is a big no go.

I used to be a regular customer at this location, but it appears there is new management and the service has significantly declined. I made a simple request that I’ve made many times over the years—to have my rice placed in a separate container so it wouldn’t be soaked in sauce and so I could control the portion. I was told this was “not possible,” which was surprising, especially since this request has been accommodated for years. I wasn’t asking for extra food—just for what comes with the meal to be served on the side.

When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that wasn’t possible. I’ve since emailed three times and have not received any response. This lack of communication and flexibility reflects very poor customer service. As a longtime loyal customer, I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

Edit to owner response- Did you read my review? I have emailed 3 times with no response, why should I email again?! Perhaps if you guys cared at all you might have responded to the 3 times I have emailed you! Unbelievable!

The manager at 2955 Phipps Road Westshore Town Centre Langford, BC, V9B 0J9 would not honor my daughter's coupon after I used a coupon on the previous order. We have 2 coupon books. I have one and she has one. Poor customer experience, I rated them 1 star on Google and canceled my order.

Ginger beef is delicious better than fancy Asian restaurants and more affordable

Food wasn’t terrible. I ordered a Corona with my dinner. After I had payed and received my Corona I asked for a lime and was told they charge for limes. I doubt I’ll be back.

I had an amazing experience at Noodlebox Westshore thanks to Aman! Her customer service is truly outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made great recommendations, checked in to make sure everything tasted perfect, and carried such a positive attitude that it instantly lifted the whole visit.

The food was delicious as always, but Aman’s service made it even better. It’s rare to see someone go above and beyond the way she does. Westshore is lucky to have her, and I’ll definitely be returning because of the exceptional experience she provided.

Highly recommend stopping by and being served by Aman!
