Ik keek er naar uit om de zalmpoke te eten. Wat is er met het restaurant gebeurd? De prijs ging omhoog, de kwaliteit ging omlaag, de hoeveelheid zalm was minimaal, er was bijna alleen maar rijst, edamame en komkommer. Het menu is ook veranderd, er zijn heel weinig opties en de medewerkers waren erg onverschillig tegenover de klanten. Ik kreeg de indruk dat ze op de rand van faillissement stonden... Jammer, ik ga er zeker nooit meer eten! Slechte kwaliteit, duur, slechte service!
Vandaag een hele nare ervaring gehad bij Ohana in westfield mall. Had gyoza’s besteld omdat deze op het menu kaart niet gefrituurd waren maar gestoomd met een crispy onderkant, na dat ik dit 3 keer heb aangegeven gaf mevrouw steeds hetzelfde antwoord ‘de foto’s maken wij zelf en die zijn ook gefrituurd’ nou blijkbaar weet zij geen onderscheid te maken van de verschillende soorten dumplings die er bestaan.
