Visited this store twice at different times and they refused to take my order because they were working on some other huge order. This is not acceptable.
I got lamb wrap and the meat wasn’t fresh at all, it was like a plastic piece with an awful taste!!!
Defiantly skimped on the ingredients. The $10 gyro was the smallest I've seen.
Unfortunately going to Opa this evening, the staff had gloves on preparing my food as soon as she saw a customer she went to go take their order on the touch screen iPad with the gloves still on. Then she returned with the same gloves and continued to make my food. Definitely not food safe! Gloves should have been taken off and new ones put on. Not going there again.
Lamb wrap did not taste as good as the last time I had it here, they also kept forgetting things in my order I had to remind them to get it…it was $20 for the Christmas combo, and portion/taste was not good at all. I realized it was different owner and that’s possibly why it taste different.

The lamb wraps were uncooked, and the toppings were insufficient.The food presentation was not even good.
Today was my worst experience with Opa, Mayfair. Don’t eat in mayfair mall they charge more and give little food.
Came 10 minutes before closing and was told they are closed. Not good!

i love to visit mayfair and drop by to opa! just to eat calamari and some wrap they have salad to taste was great and awesome staff is verry accomodating and polite everything is great try to visit all are worth it??????

The calamari first attempt was hard and crunchy. INEDIBLE. They tryed again and it was chewy and hard. The staff was really b9ce about it but the food said it all. Sorry but we won't be eating there again. Sad because it was the best calamari in town.

The price is cheating
Ordered an expensive lamb platter, and my Greek salad only had one olive in it. This was disappointing as olives are my favorite part of a Greek salad. Is Opa! really this stingy? Or is this just due to staff not paying attention?
On a positive note, the staff were very pleasant, and the service was very quick.
