OPA! of Greece Hillside Centre

It’s sad. As I grew up eating this as a treat; I decided to order it for myself thinking it would be a nostalgic essence. Unfortunately, I ordered on uber eats; the rice was so unevenly cooked with no carrots nor herbs (some pieces hard as rock, some pieces soft) all extremely salty, and the chicken in my pita wrap is hard… and cold.
Beyond this; I went out of my way to PAY for Extra feta. And not only did I receive no extra feta, I got barely any of the regular amount that should’ve been on there.
I have been into the Hillside Mall location a few times and been treated rude so I figured ordering online would give me comfort and hopefully the food would be amazing but I will never order from this place again honestly-
Hopefully a different location will do better.

Completed an order through Uber Eats.The wraps were average. The chicken skewer was such a small portion for the price. Potatoes were cold. Falafel was very dry. Not worth the price. We ordered later in the night so maybe that's why the quality of our food was poor?

I did Uber eats and ordered the rice 2 days ago and it was delicious. So today I ordered again via Uber eats and ordered extra rice and I received just plain rice with no carrots or herbs which make the flavour. The flavour today is bland and not like I had 2 days ago. I called to ask about it and she said oh we must have got too busy. ? That’s not the answer I would have given…. I’m not satisfied with my order and she offered nothing to make it better and was not very helpful or polite. She just said oh we must have got busy and forgot even though i ordered it at 2pm on a Sunday ( not prime lunchtime ). Plus I even left a lovely note that I love their food and I may share it on instagram thinking they’ll do a good job if they want a free promotion but instead it was worse ?? Now I have to leave an honest review and I’m not happy. The 2 extra rice cost the same as 2 slouvaki. I personally think it was just laziness on their end and I guess if you want what they describe and what the picture looks like you have to leave a note. I said that and she said no you don’t have to do that. I guess we forgot ? When I order something I expect it to be what they advertised. I don’t think I’m being difficult. But I didn’t like the way it was handled. She could have easily refunded me for the rice or even 1 of of them to avoid a bad review as this will only hurt business. I’m sorry but I have to be honest and they way it was handled was not very professional unfortunately. I love their chicken pita wraps so I have an extra star. But I feel this was just them being lazy. Hope it’s better next time.

I have only been here once, and I will not be back. This place is unsanitary, unwelcoming, and unfriendly. The food was gross, and the fries were NOT good!!!

The meal was amazing! I totally recommend this place for some fantastic Greek food! Awesome delivery times thanks to Uber! Got my meal ahead of the expected time!Thank you!

This is a Skip the dishes issue as my courier canceled my order with no explanation. However when trying to ascertain any answer from the staff as to why this occurred over the phone, I was hung up on twice by the “manager” who decided they didn’t want to deal with the issue anymore…
