Don’t come here they will SCAM you out of your money. I normally have a decent experience at other locations but this places know what they’re doing when it comes to ripping people off. When it was time to pay I entered in a tip of $2 and the quickly cashier changed it to $16. I ended up paying $25 for 1 drink which was $8. I asked for the tip money back, they rudely refused and said it could not be done. She didn’t hand me a receipt at first until I persistently asked for it. In the end they refunded my for the drink and stayed with the $16 tip. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

0 stars! Ordered a original orange Julius. Tasted as though the oranges were rotten, yuck. Immediately went back to get something else and waited behind someone else who was already getting theirs exchanged because apparently same problem but the guy only made them half a drink to replace... Really? Then ignored me as I repeatedly politely tried to get their attention. Finally gave up and asked for a refund. Fail at product, major fail at customer service.

I had the worst service and quality!! I rarely complain because I work in customer service as well but this time I felt the need to let someone know that this was disappointing service. The employees were rude and had no emotion the inside of the kiosk was filthy and they made both of our drinks wrong. Don’t recommend this orange Julius!

There were three employees on shift and they were blocking the menu sign. I was there because I want to claim my birthday coupon received via email. One of the three employees was quite rude to me saying it must be printed. I told her I have my mobile phone and not everyone owns a computer or printer. She also said they were out of coconut so they cannot make my original flavor of choice and then charged me for one size smaller than what I requested.The second employee did absolutely nothing the entire transaction; the third employee was polite but she added way too much ice to the drinks ruining the flavor. Very disappointing because their Hillside location make better smoothies with much less attitude.Thankfully the third employee made an extra third drink at no charge due to my ordering error. I gave 2 star rating because of the third employee. Overall poor management; shameful since this store was good when I used to work at the mall two decades ago.
