No ask about the quality as it is one of the best. The location is amazing close to the oceanside and if it is for a sunnyday you can enjoy your coffe outdoor. They have sweet sitting area
I really enjoy Ottavios. Coffee is good, cheeses are amazing and my grandson loves the Gelato, as do I. Highly Recommended.
The bread here is some of the best I’ve ever had! The butter croissant was notably good. The atmosphere inside is really cute, and the staff here were very friendly and helpful!
Very nice cafe and shop with all kinds of Italian food
Had the chorizo panini.Supposed to be chorizo roasted red peppers and cheese but it was mostly cheese. Only a few slices of Chorizo, red peppers were 4 tiny strips for the whole sandwich. The Panini bread was good, but it was mostly cheese and a way too expensive for what I received. Very disappointed. The items in the bakery looked good, but I did not try any of those, and I will not be returning.
We got a variety of baked goods that were all very good. The orange anise shortbread was my favourite.
This place always brings me happiness.
They don't post prices on the food they sell. Why is this legal?
They set their Christmas Eve hours to closing at 6pm, but then closed at 4pm (well actually, denied entry at 3:50pm) and said ‘Google was wrong’. That’s kinda the whole point of setting your hours…
The staff are so nice and the coffee is always fantastic! I’m usually served by the same blonde girl and she is always so sweet and friendly! Great baked goods as well, highly recommend.

Overrated and overpriced. Coming from europe I was happy to learn that they sell import products or European inspired products from North America unfortunately they don’t carry the right ones and charge so much for ok or mediocre quality. Very disappointing
I picked up a delicious sandwich for lunch and some nibbles for the Christmas platter. I don't usually wander this deep into Oak Bay but this deli is worth it!
I visited right after lunch, and the place was very busy. Luckily, the table turnover seemed not too slow. The latte was smooth and well-made, and I ordered a panini recommended by the staff – it had artichokes in it. It was delicious, and I’d love to come back and try other paninis next time.
On my way out, I grabbed a pistachio fig tart and some gelato to-go. The tart filling felt a little dry but still had a nice, nutty flavor. The eggnog gelato, which I assume was for the holiday season, wasn’t too sweet and tasted great.
So cute!! The best vibes and lovely patio and snacks
Friendly staffs, reasonable pricing, great gelato, delicious sandwiches!
