These guys have promotion for 5 hours only in mid day walk in only . And they call it coustmer appreciate day. When it's least ordered. They bluff people so they have more customers to walkin and they can sell them there stuff. It's waste of time for customers. There are lot better deals at lot other pizza place, than that of panago. No wonder panago is still unknown and least preference for some many Canadians. Worst experience and they should not call it customers appreciation day if it's only 4-5 hours. It should be customers appreciation hour if they can catch the deal. Dominos, pizza hut , pizza and locally owned pizzas are still way better.

They changed the vegan cheese, It is absolutely repulsive. Completely uneditable literally couldn’t eat a piece, there’s no saving it I through it out. The people working there are quite friendly, This is not a review on them 5/5 Service

Online ordering never works and they don't tell you why. Takes forever to talk to a person and it's always because an item you tried to order isn't available, just say what it is on the website to make it easier! After happening multiple times I ended up ordering from somewhere else.

I've been ordering from Panago for 20 years and Cheesy Cheddar was my go-to dip. It changed into a Mustard Sauce and I don't think I'll be ordering it anymore. Sucks :(
Is Cheesy Cheddar discontinued? As in, the old recipe with NO Mustard? It's liquid now too and I immediately knew it was gross. I moved to Victoria this year and live Oak Bay and order it every week, multiple times a month.

Everyone is very friendly and busy! Food is excellent! Only ever had one issue and they fixed it quickly! Great service friendly staff and awesome food!
