Really disappointed with my visit to Panago Pizza. The service was slow and unorganized — I had to wait far too long for my order. Staff seemed uninterested and didn’t communicate any updates. When the pizza finally arrived, it wasn’t even fresh or hot. Definitely not worth the wait or the price.

We ordered an XL hawaiian pizza from here a few days ago. Upon arriving home, we discovered the pizza dough is still raw. Could literally knead the dough in our hands.
Called in to panago to let them know. Received a credit for the pizza. Today, we ordered a new XL hawaiian with the credit. Asked them to ensure it is well cooked. Opened the box in the parking lot and discovered it is raw again. My boyfriend went inside to talk to the employee who insisted that is just “how the pizza is” Another employee convinced the other employee to remake a large instead. Overall not happy with this experience. I don’t normally write reviews unless service was outstanding or terrible. Would not recommend this location unless you’re prepared to get sick

I always get the same order at night, however i was disappointed with today's order barely any cheese minimal topping and exposed base , idk what went wrong but im very disappointed

Dear Ricky, congratulations on the new franchise. Service was awesome, thanks Mark! A/C works great but I'm not a fan of the pizza dough, sorry. Maybe the dough was perforated too vigorously? Pizza dough is supposed to puff up and its that air inside that makes the crust melt in your mouth, good..! This dough is flat (especially in the center 2/3's of the pie.. it's like the cheese penitrate the dough preventing it from fully rising or imo properly baking. Trust me I'm not a crank, I'm serious, there's something wrong and it's probably nothing to do with the oven. I will try again in the future thanks.

Great store, been ordering from here for years but the switch to whatever new vegan cheese product is being used is an abomination with no flavour. Please bring back Daiya and Beyond Meat as toppings.

Decent vegan pizza but unfortunately the owner of this location is opposed to safe and sustainable infrastructure so that's a pass from me.

If you want to recreate a panago pizza for an incredibly cheap price, just buy anti stick spray on! They use so much of it on their pizza that it is all you can taste. No flavour from the cheese, sauce, pepperoni, or even the pool of grease on there pizza. It purely tastes like anti stick spray
