Really disappointed with my visit to Panago Pizza. The service was slow and unorganized — I had to wait far too long for my order. Staff seemed uninterested and didn’t communicate any updates. When the pizza finally arrived, it wasn’t even fresh or hot. Definitely not worth the wait or the price.
Dear Ricky, congratulations on the new franchise. Service was awesome, thanks Mark! A/C works great but I'm not a fan of the pizza dough, sorry. Maybe the dough was perforated too vigorously? Pizza dough is supposed to puff up and its that air inside that makes the crust melt in your mouth, good..! This dough is flat (especially in the center 2/3's of the pie.. it's like the cheese penitrate the dough preventing it from fully rising or imo properly baking. Trust...
When I get pizza, it’s usually from Panago. They have a pretty decent gluten-free crust option and also Beyond Meat! Their app is so easy to use and the customer service is good too. The Esquimalt location is very consistent with their quality and the staff are great!
