Used to love this place but over the past year they have been constantly messing up my orders which are not complicated in the slightest. They messed up so bad this time that it was inedible and had to be thrown out completely.

Bad customer service: I ordered a vegan Mediterranean pizza by phone, making sure that it is dairy-free. But is was made as a usual pizza, which I realized only at home. I came back to ask to make the right order. However their policy is that I had to use my phone and place a new order. I didn’t bring my phone with me and had to drive back home and to the store again. Yes, it was very frustrating. Overall the order was made right, I was not charged for it. I was also offered a credit of 12$ for future orders.
Too much hustle that it caused with not being able to re-make the order right away, resulted in the loss of a regular customer.
Mistakes happen, however it is all about how you promptly make things right for the customer.

Placed an order for delivery was told it was available. Then received a call back 5 minutes later and told that it was not possible. Perhaps Panago should work on the left hand talking with the right hand. Since I can’t reply to the comment from the owner. I’m curious about the incorrect email address you shared for me to reply to. Was that a typo? Or from a third party respondent??
