Placed an order for delivery was told it was available. Then received a call back 5 minutes later and told that it was not possible. Perhaps Panago should work on the left hand talking with the right hand. Since I can’t reply to the comment from the owner. I’m curious about the incorrect email address you shared for me to reply to. Was that a typo? Or from a third party respondent??

Useless service. No sense of who's in the lineup. Absolutely abysmal management. Made us wait for more than 1 hour as the person did not put the name in the list after promising delivery in 30 minutes. Poor skills.

We ordered online for pickup and when I arrived multiple staff greeted me. The person who took my payment was friendly and efficient and on seeing I was struggling to carry everything, immediately began to help and carried my order out to the car in the pouring rain. I never expect much service-wise at fast food type establishments, and it really surprised me (enough to leave a review which I’ve never done for a fast food type place).The pizza was really good too and we very much appreciate the many great vegan options!

I got 3 pizza there yesterday, 1 was supposed to be gluten free and unfortunately it wasn't. I went back today and they were amazing. So professional and polite. They gave me a full refund and apologized at least 3 times saying there was no excuse and it was unacceptable. You don't see customer service like this much anymore. Wonderful staff. Will definitely go back.

Ordered here at 11:15 pm and my pizza is PAPER thin. I asked for normal crust I’m a regular customer and this is so unacceptable, I understand it’s late at night but if you cannot fulfill the order then cancel it. I am highly disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere

I've been eating panago pizza for as long as I can remember. And it still tastes the exact same. I've come to rely on their taco pizza and the Good old original Hawaiian, gotta have that jalapeno ranch dip And you got yourself dinner and usually lunch for the next day. If you can resist sneaking those last few pieces out of the fridge in the middle of the night.

I always have good service here. Only once have they messed up which was the last time I went. It wasn't a big deal as I got a Hawaiian when I wanted a tropical chicken. But wasn't worth complaining about.
