Sometimes I want to order panago and I spend time on the website and I think I'm going to get a yummy pizza and then I remember that Panago McKenzie won't deliver to me, despite being only 3 km down Quadra st. They WILL deliver to Quadra school, which is farther south down Quadra, but not to me. What's up with that? I had to order dominos tonight and it was shit.

Panago doesn't have a ton of options but I do appreciate they expanded to have a vegan section on the menu. They have a few pizzas, nuggets, and garlic bread, so you can build a full meal if desired.
I have had an order come with dairy cheese on it once by mistake (it looked quite obvious), to which they refunded me and resent the order made properly. So while I'm a bit paranoid going forward they at least replaced the food.
I've never dined in at this location but its small and in a strip mall. There is a parking lot for the strip mall.

Although the price is high but still better than eating bread, sau and cheese, like many other pitzas. I have tried many Pitzas but Panago is one of those that at least has a taste.

At estimated delivery time and wondering where my pizza is I opened the door to find my pizza sitting on the ground.I Reviewed the camera video to discover the driver arrived 15 minutes earlier, knocked on the door once, didn’t ring doorbell, put my food on the ground and walked awayNot cool.

pretty yummy, though the vegan cheese they use has the classic weird mouthfeel - in a pinch, still a tasty pizza! they have good hours and delivery, and are cheaper, so those are some pros.

We have ordered from here for years and always been happy with there pizza up until now. We ordered some tonight and asked for regular crust but got thin crust. This has happened a few times now. One, a mistake but multiple times is either a cheep owner or untrained staff. If you order thin crust do they throw the toppings in a box? I guess I will have to order from Keating Pizza. They don't cheep out.
