Stopped into the Phillips Brewery for mid afternoon break on a cold day shopping.Mostly hightops with stools with an industrial vibe and beer being brewed in an adjacent room.Enjoyed a flight of 4 beer for $9 and apretzel sourced from Yonni’s.Fairly busy and quick service with 3 servers available who had detailed knowledge of the characteristics of the beer.A fun way to try different varieties.

Philips makes good beer. Blue buck is a good session bear but they are over run in sours. Some are ok but where’s the longboat at?? Put that on draft for crying out loud!!

Went on a Monday evening for a beer after a hike. Loved that I could take my dog here in the patio (not covered, but at least it didn’t rain). They were out of a few items for food, but got the pretzels and they were amazing.

A great brewery with a load of really good beers that are all individual in taste. We opted for the beer flights which allowed us to taste all the beers that we fancied. On the night, our Welsh palate’s declared the Stone Fruit beer the winner, and the flavour notes were spot on. Fantastic vibe and energy to the place and the staff were brilliant too. A definite must visit destination if you are on the island. ?

Blue Buck, my absolute favorite beer has unexpected properties.Depending on the Hops used, it has antiinflammatories.Blue Buck from the tap always reduces my gout pain more than other antiinflammatories.Blue Buck from the can doesn't have the same effect. The beer in the can is not as fresh as from the tap.Or possible preserves in the can mitigate the antiinflammatories of the hops.

Great space indoors and out. We only had time for flights and sodas on the patio, but had to skip the tour until next time. Loved the printout with beer descriptions and recommended tasting order for the flights, warm pretzels and mustard was the cherry on top.
