Dinner for two: $70 including drinks and tip.
Positive: you can get spicy broth for every Pho dish as subsitute. Portion is good for the price. Clean interior with lots of free parking close by.
Service and food prep is quick.
Neg: none
Food for thought: its a restuarant that makes both thai and vietnamese food. There will be something on the menu for everyone. You can get wine and beer for drinks.

I had their days special Tung Tuk Noodles. I always love trying different things. The noodles were excellent and a large serving size. Great value. Love them.
Very nice pho
Garbage noodles. They looked all cheap quality
Waste of $20 they also didn’t have the traditional noodles for bun Bo hue
Pho is amazing !!!! I'll be back for sure
We had vegetarian vermicelli and vegetarian spring rolls a beef vermicelli and a veggie pho. Everything is the most delicious we’ve ever had! great peanut sauce too. would order 100 times more.

It was easily the worst Vietnamese food we’ve eaten in Victoria. The chicken was so dry, unseasoned, the salad parts were slimy ( and tasted moldy). The small container of fish sauce probably had a teaspoon of sauce. It really was terrible. Neither of us could finish it.
I find it hard to believe that there are bad reviews for this restaurant. ( I guess it is impossible to please everyone ) my wife and I used to go to a Vietnamese restaurant on fort street called Saigon nights that had incredibly good food. they closed during covid and never re opened, then we found out that the cooks from Saigon Nights went to Pho Halong after Saigon Nights closed and the food is exactly the same great taste and quality as Saigon Nights had. we get take out from Pho Halong as well as sit in on a regular basis and the food there is so good. we love it there. the food is so fresh and great tasting, the service is great and the atmosphere when we eat in is great. I SO highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. If you are reading my review, please look past the few negative reviews and try this place. you will not be disappointed.

Service was good and the restaurant was cute.
However, what matters the most is the food. My wife and I got the vermicelli bowls, one tofu the other beef.
The noodles were overcooked, the fish sauce on the side was subpar, and the beer was incredibly fatty with bad flavor.
At $21 per bowl with slightly smaller portion sizes I would expect at least decent quality.
