I have always been a huge fan of pho at the downtown location and still am. But the Langford location is horrible.Portions ridiculously small, at this location if you order a larger it is smaller than the small one at the dt location.To start staff are very rude.I in the last week have ordered take out 3 times and each time my order has been screwed up.This last time I ordered I asked for no sprouts add extra onion and lime and chill oil which charges me 4 something for (totally fine with paying for extra) when recieved I open the bag to find 2 bags of sprouts and no onion or lime. VRRY FRUSTRATING.Figure out your stuff pho by Langford. I will not be returning to this location unless I receive refund

Service is good. The staff are always nice and the food is great. Sprouts, basil, peppers and limes are always fresh. Floors, tables and washrooms are clean and are always being cleaned. I hope that you enjoy pho vy! It's a great restaurant

This place is the spot for good pho. The crispy rolls and salad rolls are fresh and amazing. The service is always friendly and quick. The restaurant is clean and the attention to detail is noticed (ie the condiment tray on the tables are always clean and the bottles are always wiped down and washed).
