Server was awesome but if the female owner is cooking stay away worst food ever and I eat there often. Female owner needs to learn better communication skills and get treatment for anger issues. Couldn’t even eat the food

I don't usually do this, but I have to share feedback. I went tonight for dinner with myself and here's what I experienced:I was greeted by a little boy and told to sit anywhere. I did. There was one waitress. She was very sweet to me and polite. The issues I had were that there was only one waitress, and they were running takeout orders. That caused everyone in the restaurant to be neglected. I waited 8 minutes to order, and I asked for tea. Tea didn't come. I had to ask after 15 minutes. So we're 23 mins in and no food yet. After about 40 mins I finally asked when the food would come out, she said 5 mins. Food came after about 50 mins from the time I sat down to the time I got it. There was no chili oil or hoisin on the table and I had to find it myself.Note: Other people had been waiting in the lobby for almost an hour for their takeout order. The salad rolls were water logged and falling apart. The pho broth was great, but the rare beef wasn't rare at all....it was rubber. I am a pho lover and it was disappointing to be waiting all that time to find that the meal wasn't the greatest.Sorry Pho Wisdom, but you dropped the ball. I think more staff should be added or maybe can the takeout orders if you can't handle the volume. Here's a photo of my empty table while I was waiting....

Not impressive. Pad Thai was lacking flavour. Basically just a teriyaki sauce used from a jar. There was a large portion of chicken which was nice, but it had no flavour, which was not.The vietnamese coffee, if you can call it that... I mean, I'm not vietnamese so I only have a westernized version of a vietnamese coffee to go from, but I expected the whole to do with the little steel drip device on top of the cup filled with condensed milk. I was given a tepid cup of brown water with grounds floating in it and a side of condensed milk. It was awful (see pic).My server was very nice and attentive, however I was the only one there. I was also expecting some kind of lunch special or lunch menu for a quick bite, but this does not exist here. Only full size, dinner portions for dinner prices.I won't be back and I would not recommend sorry. Nothing impressive here and actually quite disappointing.

Very good pho and cream soup. Filling but not heavy. Excellent condiments, soup spices and sprouts. Service quick and efficient.

Das Essen war super und der Service äußerst freundlich. Das Ambiente ist etwas spartanisch.

My hubby and I have been spoiled as in our hometown we've been used to getting really great Pho. Unfortunately, several years ago our favorite place closed and went back home to Thailand. Craving for our favorite Pho we've been on the hunt to find the same flavors we once had locally. Needless to say we've been unsuccessful and spent a lot of $$$ trying to satisfy our palates. While in Victoria we were determined to find a descent bowl of Pho and checked many reviews. Hesitant to throw anymore money away on a blame broth we decided to give Pho Wisdom a try. So glad we did because all our beloved flavors we're spot on and we couldn't get enough. Highly recommend this restaurant. We also had the Pad Thai which was great! Very clean establishment and although it seemed as if there was only one waiter and one cook running the place it still worked. We had an average wait for our meal and price was well worth the portions served up. We took a to go box home and had enough leftover to serve us both again for lunch the next day. Fantastic !!!!

Nice service and very friendly staff. Fresh salad is very fresh. The pho is good, but the green curry is a bit oily and not as spicy as it is in Thailand.

Went there for lunch and had the house special beef noodle, it was absolutely delicious, especially the broth, one of the tastiest soups I've ever had.
