I ordered a Triple Crown last night and requested that half of the pizza have no meat. I also asked if the half without pepperoni can have tomatoes added instead. The woman taking my order seemed confused, so I explained how the last time I ordered the same pizza that whoever made it was so nice and added more veggies in place of the meat, without me even asking. She said they don't do that. I said ok, so can I have tomatoes added to the vegetarian half and enquired if will there be an additional cost for doing so. She said she would go ask... She comes back and says, Ok we will add tomatoes and onions at no additional cost. I said, wonderful, thank you!
I drive to pick up the pizza, get home, sit down to eat with my vegetarian son and immediately notice that not only was there NO pepperoni AT ALL on my Triple Crown (pepperoni, mushrooms and green peppers), but there were tomatoes and onions added to the entire thing.
I don't understand how it was so confusing to understand... Triple Crown... half with no meat, but add tomatoes to the meatless side.
I call and explain that my Triple Crown doesn't have ANY pepperoni on it. The woman states that she's the one who took my order and says how I agreed to the tomato and onions. I explained how I said SEVERAL times how only HALF of the pizza wasn't to have meat. She was talking over me, arguing with me, saying this is what I agreed to. I kept saying this is NOT what I ordered though. She then says.... "Well I thought you were a vegetarian." Like what the heck?!! I wouldn't be ordering a pizza with meat if I was a vegetarian and you can't just change the whole order on your assumption that I'm a vegetarian!
Despite me asking how this will be rectified at least 3 times during this call, she avoided answering me, continued talking over me and literally argued about how this is what I "agreed to" for 5 minutes and 24 seconds (yes I checked my call log)! I finally got so frustrated that I cut her off and said, this is NOT what I ordered and I want to know how I will be compensated. She finally said she will go ask. She came back and said the next time I order a Triple Crown that it will be free. But holy cow that was like pulling teeth! It shouldn't have been SO HARD to make something right with a customer.
I've never experienced such HORRIBLE customer service at Pizza Hut before, and it's literally the only place I order pizza from. There was another time my order got messed up so I called and the manager immediately said so sorry what's your name, I'll put a credit for you. No 5 minutes of arguing with me, telling me that this is what I "agreed to" and telling me they assumed I'm a vegetarian because I only wanted meat on half the pizza ??
So disappointing.

I have been ordering from this location for years. I have always gotten the best service. Today was exceptional. I forgot the hot sauce on my wings. They gave it to me the next day and for free! I called it in, they said to come on in we can have it ready ASAP.

One of the well-made pepperoni pizza I got from Pizza Hut with the new handcrafted crust. We have not visited the location in a while so we were surprised to see the area was tiny. We enjoyed the 2 topping pizza (we chose to load it with just pepperoni) and was perfect amount for 3 of us. We would have wished for a bigger eating space so the princess could have sat down but eating it out was fine too.

Terrible Delivery Service and Manager takes no accountability. I ordered over 1 week in advance for delivery (within a few blocks of the place) for a designated time (Saturday Early Afternoon) for a Kid's Birthday Party. Wasn't a very complex order (5 Large PIzza's). I double checked twice with the manager specifically for a designated delivery time as the BDay party was at a Sports Complex a few blocks away. The pizza never showed up. I called 10 mins after the expected delivery time, the manager said it's on it's way. I called back 30 mins after the expected delivery time, the manager said his delivery guy was almost there. 45 mins late and the pizza arrived was burnt and cold. What a terrible experience. For a Pizza place, how difficult is it to deliver hot pizza a couple blocks away when it's been pre-ordered over a week in advance? This is the worst pizza joint in town. Avoid at all costs.

I'm not one to shame much but this location decided to not fulfill my order that I placed a week in advance for a school and had no communication with. I had had this happen in the past once with them and second time I'm just not going to do business with them anymore. I showed up hoping that they would still just of done it but no luck. I ended up going to another business last min that helped me out. I don't recommend using this located personally.

Apparently extra cheese is NOT considered a topping. Okay fine, TELL ME and I will order something else. They did not tell me and proceeded to slide in a 4 DOLLAR charge for extra cheese on a medium pizza. A whole block of pizza mozzarella at wholesale price is like 8 bucks. I called them on it and the manager dude did not even apologize for the misunderstanding.
Fast Food and Chain Food retail in Canada is going to CRAP. The current owners only hire family, do not care about customer service, and work diligently to SCREW over their customers. I will not ever return to PIZZA HUT on GOLDSTREAM in LANGFORD, BC. They have lost my business forever.

I order pizza almost after every two weeks from here, but last couple of orders are really bad, sometimes they put too much sauce and sometimes very little veggies. Sometimes you have to call 9-10 times to make an order. Today i asked for some chilly flakes packs and they gave me some hand sanitizer packets instead of chilly flakes. now time to looke for other pizza shop.
