I mean… I ate it, but it was one sad pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni was overcooked and very strange looking. The pizza itself was floppy as all hell. Do better Pizza Hut, or who else does a cheese stuffed crust that actually cares?

When I called into this location. I waited on hold for 25 minutes. Ended up just driving the 10 minute drive to the location to Order. My food, was greeted with attitude. And the food is unfairly priced for a fast food location.

CROOKS! went in to order the 5 buck deal for my kids and got three medium 2 topping pizzas. One I paid the normal, outrageous price for, and the other 2 were SUPPOSED to be 5 bucks each. Apparently extra cheese is NOT considered a topping. Okay fine, TELL ME and I will order something else. They did not tell me and proceeded to slide in a 4 DOLLAR charge for extra cheese on a medium pizza. A whole block of pizza mozzarella at wholesale price is like 8 bucks. I called them on it and the manager dude did not even apologize for the misunderstanding.Fast Food and Chain Food retail in Canada is going to CRAP. The current owners only hire family, do not care about customer service, and work diligently to SCREW over their customers. I will not ever return to PIZZA HUT on GOLDSTREAM in LANGFORD, BC. They have lost my business forever.

I order pizza almost after every two weeks from here, but last couple of orders are really bad, sometimes they put too much sauce and sometimes very little veggies. Sometimes you have to call 9-10 times to make an order. Today i asked for some chilly flakes packs and they gave me some hand sanitizer packets instead of chilly flakes. now time to looke for other pizza shop.

Don’t waste your time or money ordering pizza here. Manager doesn’t care about customer service or quality of pizza being sent to customers. This wasn’t the first time we received burnt pizzas. I would highly suggest any other pizza place in town.

The young lady who took the order was very pleasant and receptive to good humour, she was the only positive thing about this experience. After placing the pick up order, I was told 15 minutes, seemed kinda quick, but I am not a cook of raw pizza.We collected the order and headed home to devour our hard earned treat. Only to discover that the order was indeed, incorrect. Tried to call several times to no avail. Needless to say it was poorly made, items were missing and rather “lack” of toppings, just enough to cover the surface!! To blunt, it was terrible and simply a bad pizza.Should have had MOD Pizza!!Also, it says I gave it 2stars, however that is incorrect, I barely deserves 1!!!

First time in this store. The cashier was super friendly. She said ten minutes but I knew it’d be 15. Exactly 15 minutes after paying it was in my hands. Large Hawaiian disappeared quickly at home.
This customer service is amazing! They treat my bf so well! I saw they texted him “you up” at one am, I love seeing them check up on him. The customer service at this place is 10/10

Absolute insane ordering experience. Tried to reorder the same order from the day before and was given a different total for the same food. It was hard to communicate due to heavy accent and poor phone connection. I was very polite the whole time and spoke to two different people, yet i couldn't believe it took 20 minute to get the order right, which ended up being 7 dollars less than the original price..Super frustrating wasting my time trying to order food
