It’s absolutely outrageous that Pizza Hut tried to charge $80 for just one cheese pizza and one pepperoni pizza. My husband is a foreigner and speaks English a little less fluently, but that is no excuse to take advantage of him. All he ordered was two pizzas with cheese crust, and you had the nerve to make that $80? That’s a complete rip-off.
If my husband hadn’t checked the price, he would have handed over $80 without even realizing it. You should have carefully reviewed our order instead of trying to overcharge us. The cashier should be ashamed of herself and seriously reflect on her behavior.

Here is a bit on the small side, so if you’re thinking of dining in with a big group of colleagues, it’s probably not the best spot. The service was great though. super quick, my order came out in about 10 minutes (I ordered online and picked). I recently tried the Nashville Chicken and it was really good 😊.

If you use a coupon they will put almost literally zero toppings on the pizza. Also, since when does the pepperoni go UNDER the cheese?! And like 5 pieces of pepperoni on a medium...
Basically no sauce either. Not very good. Why are there like 6 employees in the back if this is the quality they're going to put out?
My first order here, and it was a small order to see if this location was worth frequenting. Likely won't be back unless I'm drunk and desperate. You just played yourself out of hundreds of bucks per year by being cheap.

We had pizza delivered from the Fort St location and my chicken ceasar pizza was terrible. Had no to little sauce, bottom was so thin, stuffed crust took up half the pizza slice and was greasy. They sent a review by email which I responded too and said someone would get back to me but no response.

I ordered three times from this location and all three times they had missing items. I ordered chicken strips with plum sauce, left out the sauce. I ordered cheese covered breadsticks with my pasta, pasta was cold (see photo); I expect any food to be served at 165°F MINIMUM FOR SAFETY. Pasta was also advertized as fusilli, was served as penne, and bread came without the cheese. By the time the food gets to me, the temp wouldn't go down by 70°.. unacceptable; as this is evident your employees have no foodsafe certificates.
Prior to this, I ordered a big dipper and EVERY SINGLE DIP WAS WRONG. Guys, please pay more attention to your modifications. Especially if you are charging for said Mods. This is becoming a very unreliable location. Eat elsewhere.
Realize your customers have better food knowledge than your staff. You're at risk as far as safety goes. Actually because of this, A report to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency was necessary to follow up and inspect the operation.

Terrible experience. This restaurant is a scam. I ordered from Uber eats the estimated time was 35-40 min. After an hour I cancelled and was still charged. The maximum latest time kept shifting back I was told I have to wait till the maximum time had passed.
