Order was ready in 15 min on Halloween night that is impressive, not only fast but it was delicious. Staff at the front was also amazing.

No one picks up the phone in this place! After 2:30 hours of ordering we never got our food. No way to ask for a refund either

Terrible experience. This restaurant is a scam. I ordered from Uber eats the estimated time was 35-40 min. After an hour I cancelled and was still charged. The maximum latest time kept shifting back I was told I have to wait till the maximum time had passed.

Ordered online via app, there was a mistake with order upon delivery (ordered chicken caesar salad, salad came with no chicken). I decided to submit feedback online thinking it would not amount to much. A few hours later the general manager Susanne called and left a voicemail to offer a genuine apology and a small refund back to my credit card which was an amazing gesture of customer service I did not expect at all. Thank you so much to Susanne, who is single handedly keeping alive the lost art of customer service and retention.

Ordered from the Yates location, was told online that it would arrive within an hour. Two hours past, we’ve called the location multiple times, no one has picked up, and we get an automated email that is asking us how we liked an order we never got or have gotten an update on. We order new food from another restaurant, fifteen minutes later the delivery driver shows up - I let them know I won’t be paying or taking the order because of the lack of response on the phone (no other way to get an update) and because of how late they are. Do not fault the delivery driver here, as even if he was running very behind I should be able to get someone from the store to pick up so we can have some kind of communication regarding our order.

I like ordering online so you just go in, pay and take out. Pan crust pizza and they have different pizzas on special based on which day of the week it is. I'm a regular at the yates location. I've never had a bad pizza or customer service experience there.

Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian pizzas, pastas and desserts.

Good pizza...........For management:If you require your employees to wear uniforms, the least you can do is pay them for their time changing. From a legal website:Unless you are a union member or work in an agency shop and the union has negotiated a collective bargaining agreement that provides your employer does not have to pay you for the time spent changing into the required clothing, an employer must pay you for the time you spend changing into required protective clothing at your place of employment. In the old days of time clocks, you would punch in before going to the locker room to change clothes.
