Delivery was very fast. Standard food. 65 bones for a med za and 14 chicken bites, pretty expensive, hence 3 stars. Btw, 65 includes 10 tip so 55 for the grub(that does sound better, but)

I have been a Pizza Hut fanatic for EVER. All over the country, they are my go to. This location however, I can't put my finger on it but it just tastes weird! Maybe the ingredients don't get rotated properly and they sometimes use old meat, I don't know, but I gave up on it and went with alternatives around town.

Pizza Hut in Esquimalt b.c......poor, poor customer service! Paid for pizza, delivery and tip. Instructions pretty clear... buzzer number and floor. Pizza Hut delivery guy buzzers and says he's going to be at the back of the building waiting. Too lazy to buzz and deliver pizza to our apartment! Phoned to complain and all we got was " we've told our driver not to do that again". That's it! No coupon or discount....nothing! Never going to spend a single penny at Pizza Hut again! They suck!!!!

I payed $33 for a small pizza..(not much bigger than the personal pan pizza..and p0p for $6.50) and 8 chicken wings.. And $1.49 each???.. for "spoiled" ranch sauce.. It was absolutely disgusting.. Not ever going there again.. They have a special going on.. Which was not mentioned to me.. Where u can get pizza.. wings.. Dessert.. Etc.. For 38!! Not mentioned or suggested of that when I called..and the accent when he told the total me for my order.. I thought he said $22.. Ugh . The "minority" group that own and run this establishment are very very cold!!!.... Not very customer friendly or courteous.... Don't bother wasting your money here.. Because that's just it.....waste of money... Very..very disappointing???

Horrible time to order, placed at 7:00So it said delivery at 7:45-7:55…. Then changed to 8:25-8:35Then said it was delivered when it clearly wasn’t, called and lady couldn’t even understand me. Called again and again and again and finally answered and the guy said he would call back and he didn’tI was so hungry, and very disappointed in the food, it was cold and dry. Chicken Alfredo.No way to cancel delivery to pick up myself.Workers don’t know what they are doing.Again very disappointed in their service
I ordered 3 pizzas with toppings, what I received was pizzas with pieces that only had cheese, some pieces literally had one piece of meat, or one piece of vegetable on them. Some of them i got lucky and had a piece of meat and vegetable on them. It was absolutely horrible. I basically received 3 cheese pizzas. I have never seen so few toppings on a pizza before. Go somewhere else and get more for your money.

The worst customer experience ever at any pizza hut location, staff and the manager doesn’t have any respect for customers. Ordered two pizzas which were raw and not baked properly. Staff continued to put me on hold and manager is so arrogant as if he owns the town ! Who hires these tools !!

Yates online website was down. Esquimalt couldn't deliver to our location but one employee went above and beyond. Called us back and asked if we wanted him to transfer it to yates for us. Saved pizza night!
