We just moved to Saanich and had not had a Pizza Hut pizza in a few years. Thin crust Super Supreme was better than we remembered!! It was ready on time when we picked it up. The service was great!! We will definitely be ordering again!!

I've been a loyal customer for delivery for at least a year. Every time I called the Filipinos seriously didn't care.. I repeated myself over and over and they still got my orders wrong. I don't know if they just don't understand English that well but my money is on them just nothing giving a.... Anyways go to Domino's, better quality, better hours, nicer people, all around out doing pizza hut.

2024 update. 4 to 1 star.
They messed up an order twice. Just wanted a mushroom and pepperoni.
First one came with green pepper and mushroom. Called and they argued that it is what i ordered, then i told him to check their system. "Oh, i thought you were trying to get a free pizza????"
Even the driver said "its not even noon, they are already screwing up a bunch of other orders".
Who is running the place? Are they getting proper training? Does corporate even care?
Second replacement came and it was raw uncooked green pepper, 2 mini pepperoni slices (think size of the smallest safety pin) per slice and mushroom.
How can one mess up a simple "pepperoni and mushroom pizza"
Both of pizza tasted horrible, the dough tasted like cardboard. Reheating it the next day tasted even worst.
If this is their new cost cutting pepperoni slices, and premade dough, I am sticking with Dominos.

Ordered through the app 4+ time and in those 4 times ive Have had my food stolen by delivery driver's twice called the store, stating they had nothing to do with It at all . They told me that they have no idea what is going on. Waited over an hour and forty five minutes for my order for them to tell me that it has been canceled by the driver by a second party delivery app Which I don't understand because Ive ordered through Pizza Hut app directly. Which they should not be using second party and should be using there own Delivery drivers drivers have had multiple issues through the store. Ordering delivery and having to come. Pick it up myself because they don't have enough driver to Deliver. I Have only ordered this much because they are the closest will not be ordering again after this last issue. This Has been the worst experience for any pizza delivery place in my lifetime basically. This store Manager and its owner have no idea how to run a pizza delivery place.
