Paid almost $68 for my order to be incorrect. Customer service has bounced me around for the last hour . I still can't get through to the west sannich location. Very unprofessional, and this will be the last time I order from Pizza Hut. Been a customer for over 30 years and never had such poor customer service in my life .

We had placed the order for kids birthday party and they were supposed to deliver the food. We didn’t get any notification and when it was time for lunch, we tried calling them, couldn’t get connected and finally had to drive there to get our order. Pathetic service.

This has to be the biggest joke of a pizza franchise I have ever seen in my life. Took over an hour to get through on the phone charged a dollar to use debit and the order was wrong. I called customer service and that took 35 minutes to explain the issue Due to language barriers. I would stay away from this place if I were you. Please consider many other place in the area before ordering from this dump.

Have had multiple deliveries missing items now and when I try to call the store they do not answer. Try to get the issue resolved with customer service and they can't do anything but call the store that still does not answer. Poor system and poor service all around.

We just moved to Saanich and had not had a Pizza Hut pizza in a few years. Thin crust Super Supreme was better than we remembered!! It was ready on time when we picked it up. The service was great!! We will definitely be ordering again!!
