I had ordered two large pizza - both same and was disappointed to see the difference. One pizza with lots of filling (like usual) and the other one, with more crust on the side. Not sure if their veggies and cheese was finished right when making my 2nd pizza and they didn’t even mention anything about such when we were paying.

Arrived to pick up my pizza. Staff stayed working without acknowledging me for about 10 minutes. One finally made eye contact and got my order out of their glass warmer cabinet. Might need more staff or customer service training.
I ordered pizza online for delivery at 5:30 as we were having people over and it seemed like a good idea. However 5:30 came and went, so did 5:45, after numerous calls into customer service and being transferred to the store, the store kept hanging up on me, or just didn't bother answering. Not a great experience and wont do business with them ever again. The phone number you can call just goes to a call center that cant help you at all. What a joke...

I ordered my food for pickup through skipthedishes and after driving all the out to it they call and inform me right before my pickup time that they don't have what I ordered. After trying to get my refund figured out I was told they'd issue me a refund and they never did. Severely disappointed.

Terrible food quality and service. Pizzas arrived with the wrong toppings and burnt. When we called the store multiple times, there were no answers. We got dropped to the call center which they would just transfer us back to the store, again.. with no answer. We won't be wasting our money going to this store again.

Placed an order online at 11 for a 1200-1215 drop off time. It arrived 40 minutes late and the order was burnt. Astounding that someone would let an order like this out of there kitchen. Pizza Hut West Saanich you've just lost a customer.
