Great little spot and the owner is helpful and courteous. I bought some of their sauces and they were packaged professionally in house and tasted incredible. The food is fresh and the servings generous. I’m so happy we have this restaurant in Victoria. Keep up the great work!

Serving the best Poke bowl in Victoria, BC resonates with me as I travel from up island and when in Victoria I stop at Poke Fresh for a build my own bowl. The ingredients are always fresh and the ahi tuna is wonderful. I also enjoy the friendliness of the staff and when I had a small issue with my gift card, the owner stepped in to resolve immediately which demonstrates integrity and someone who stands behind the business. In summary, I really enjoy dining at Poke Fresh and appreciate the atmosphere and people at this establishment. Thank you!

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was ruined not by the food or the service staff, but by the unprofessional behavior of the owner. From the moment we arrived, there was an uncomfortable atmosphere, which only worsened when the owner began speaking rudely to both employees and customers.
Rather than creating a welcoming environment, the owner seemed more interested in asserting control and dismissing any feedback or questions. I witnessed them talk down to a server in front of guests, which was not only inappropriate but also incredibly awkward for everyone nearby. It’s disheartening to see someone in charge treat their team with such disrespect.
The food itself was decent, and the staff tried their best, but it’s clear that the negative energy at the top trickles down. A restaurant is more than just what’s on the plate — it’s about the whole experience. And sadly, the owner’s attitude left a bitter taste that no dish could fix.
Until there’s a change in leadership or approach, I won’t be returning — and I wouldn’t recommend it to others who value respectful service and a positive atmosphere

honestly i never leave reviews but this place left me so irritated and disappointed i feel the need to stop anyone else considering it. rice was dry and cooked poorly, fish was still half frozen and greyish, toppings had clearly been sitting out a very long time. wish I could get my $50 for two bowls refunded. an insult to hawaii

Great for lunch or dinner. Very customizable sizes. Fresh food and friendly service.
Not too happy about this one. Dropped by in the afternoon and they were unfortunately out of white rice and numerous toppings—which isn't a huge deal on its own, but the bowl I did get was not great. The salmon looked and tasted old and mushy as if left at room temperature for too long, the rice felt somewhat clumpy, and overall there was a lot of rice in the bowl compared to the volume of toppings (I went with a build-your-own). Among all the aspects the fish was the most concerning and maybe it wasn't the best idea to eat it...we'll see tomorrow I guess, lol. The lady working there was friendly and accommodating!

Incredible! This was my first time ever going here and I am a pretty anxious person, the person behind the counter was so nice and explained the different ingredients. The atmosphere is awesome!
