Poncho's Cafe & Catering

Poncho's is my go to place every time I'm in Langford. It's convienently located and the staff who works there are the kindest and friendliest.
Loooots of options for food, snacks, lunch, savoury and sweet pastries, you name it! Coffee is good as well and they always have some specials on the board.
I'd give them 6 stars if I could :)

My fiancé and I wanted a yummy breakfast after the gym, and found this little gem open on thanksgiving Monday :)

The food is homemade and delicious. I love a big sandwich and they definitely have those.
We both got breakfast sandwiches and they were amazing, fresh and yummy. They also had lots of baked goods and different soups.

We also got delicious coffee. We will definitely be back :)

So this place has decent coffee and nice patio seating, but if you’re hoping for a quinoa salad today, you’re getting couscous. They say it’s celiac approved but that still doesn’t mean you sell it as quinoa when there clearly isn’t any in the bowl and you’re charging prices as if there were any in there. The owner actually argued that it’s a quinoa medley. For reference the second photo shows the quinoa salad we get at the Lands Cafe at Swartz Bay terminal. Not a lick of quinoa in their salad so if you’re a person with critical food allergies or sensitivities, take caution when ordering food from this place and be prepared for no “customer is always right” demeanours from the owner!

Super friendly staff, good prices, the food is excellent! Absolutely recommend the chili on a dreary day as it’ll be like a nice warm hug.

Please support local and give the staff some love when you’re there!

Ponchos Café has officially stolen my heart (and taste buds)! This spot has become my go-to haven for crave-worthy sandwiches, refreshing drinks, and top-tier service. Every visit feels like a warm hug wrapped in avocado smash bruschetta and sprinkled with flavor magic.

Their sandwiches? Next level. Packed, stacked, and unapologetically delicious-- each bite is a flavor bomb. Whether it's a savory brunch mood or a midday fuel-up, they never miss. Bonus points for the fresh fruit on the side -- those lil' blueberries and orange slices are the main character energy I didn’t know I needed.

And can we talk about the vibes? The service is always friendly, fast, and full of good energy. You don’t just leave full --you leave happy.
