I was charged and then falsely told that my card was rejected by their machine, and told by the manager that it wasn't their problem and to call my bank, as well as refused my food that I had already paid for with bank statements to prove it. I've also seen rats and crows going after their garbage that's placed on the walkway. Unsanitary and unhelpful staff for mediocre American food.

Food is decent. Favs are the nuggets, sauces and sandwiches. Queuing for the takeout line is a bit confusing and can get quite crowded during busy times of the day. Would be better if they had a better system. What I don't like is they only start making your takeout order when you arrive and not when you place the order on the app. There have been some long waits because of this.

The chicken strips were crispy, tender, and full of flavor, definitely a tasty choice and it is always my go to! The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff making the experience even better. Highly recommended!

The chicken deluxe burger is the only burger in the entire fast food world that I've had, that actually looks like the big ass burger from the picture.

Ive spent about $1k on this place this year, overall it"s amazing. The food is really good and the service is normal pretty fast. The employees are nice and started to some even reconize me and give me my food right away without me having to say anything! (When i order online) Ordering online is best because u just have to tell them ur order number and u have ur food!

Hate to be this guy and I usually don't have any issues with this location. However, when I ordered my 5 piece tender combo earlier this evening it arrived absolutely soaked in grease. I had to use paper towels to wring out as much grease as possible from these tenders so that I wouldn't get sick trying to get them down. After 20 mins of wringing out the grease it was still too disgusting to eat so I had to throw it out. I made this order at 10:30PM from ubereats so whoever was working the fryer that night needs to know that when the chicken is done cooking, you leave it on the rack to let the grease drain, not let it sit in it's own grease so that half the calories the customer eats is literal grease. Super disappointing because popeyes is definitely a favourite out of all the fried chicken places in victoria and it's a shame that one careless employee would put out product like this. Do better.

P.S. ubereats actually refunded me for this meal so thank goodness for that. Otherwise if I had to pay for this inedible pile of grease I'd be livid.

I purchased a Family Box at the Popeyes restaurant and I would like to express my disappointment regarding the quality of the order received. Indeed, the majority of chicken pieces in the box were chicken wings, and I only found one piece of chicken breast. This distribution did not meet my expectations and the quality that I was used to finding in your meals.

Consistently the slowest service ever. Walk in. Nobody in line. Order 5 pc tenders. Takes 15 min. Or order. Online. Go to pickup and takes them 20min and they serve 10 people. In store first. Just brutal management here.

I had some chicken and sandwich it was smelling so bad I won’t have it again in my life I wasted my 45$ I won’t come back . Also I told the one of the employees they said we can’t do anything .

Would recommend good food

I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was amazing, so crunchy and tasty. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was attentive upon arriving. Something else that I want to congratulate the staff from Popeyes was that the women's washroom was very clean. It's always great when you go to a clean washroom. Hopefully, it will stay that way.
